Spacious and clean apartment
The overall staying experience was good. The whole estate is very clean and new. I booked one-br apartment which has an open kitchen. Our flat's facing was the old Hungary development (I am not sure if it is still in use!). Plenty of storage space. Washing machine is also available. 24-hr reception downstairs. The surrounding is the local restaurants and bars. You don't need to worry about food and entertainment. :) One point to note that there is no staff to pick up your garbage in the apartment. My stay was just three days so it was still ok. If you plan to stay longer, please bring your own plastic bag to change.

It’s whatever… staff is rude
The staff or owners are all about making money. Early check in fees to demanding customers to pay in euros, shouting prices in euros, unprofessional. They’re rude, inconsiderate and hate having to work… post communist mentality I think

We loved the place

Everything for a perfect stay
Great location in district VII with an eclectic mix of bars, restaurants and people in the neighborhood. The apartment had all the required convenience for a perfect stay. Great to have the balcony for morning coffee / evening cocktail.

No WiFi, recepcionista no muy amable
El alojamiento está muy bien situado, cerca de la Ópera. Los pasillos estaban bastante sucios, en 3 días ningún momento funcionó el WiFi aunque cada día pedimos de nuevo de arreglarlo. La primera noche algún huésped borracho activó el alarma de incendios a las tres de la madrugada y estuvo sonando unos 20 minutos hasta que lo apagaron. Los recepcionistas no eran amables y proactivos a ayudar.

Modern apartment at a central location
We had a very good stay during our 4 nights visit to Budapest. The location is very central with walking distance to the downtown area. The double bed was good and there were several wardrobes in the bedroom. The balcony faced a quiet courtyard. The high chairs and high table on the balcony are however not very comfortable, especially for elderly people like us. Friendly and helpful staff as well. In summary, a comfortable and centrally located apartment. Well worth staying at.
