I love this place. The ambiance is amazing. It’s very quiet. The staff are wonderful. They know me by name. They accommodate me during every stay and have even started offering perks. This property looked cute in the courtyard, but the door had a weird lock and a big gap under big enough for mice rats or other critters to get in. There was spiders on the bed. The shower had cold water only. No after hours staff support. The plug didn’t charge my phone. This stay is a last choice. Very uncomfortable.
