Awesome place but outside areas need updating
Lovely place, beautiful views, super friendly staff. It’s close to lots to see, eat and shop. The restaurant and tiki bar are awesome. Inside rooms are updated, fresh and clean. The building we were in, the outside was one, dirty and run down, wooden steps deteriorating and peeling paint. Weeds were growing through landscaping and there were cigarette butts around. The elevator was down so we had to carry everything to 3rd floor. If they would renovate the outside like they did the inside it would be great.

No me gustó porque aparecía que tenían piscina para que nuestros hijos podían bañar y tenían tres camas la foto y sólo lo dieron una habitación de dos camas y no tenía nada para que pudiera jugar mis hijos ni alberca lo único disponible fue el cuarto y nada más por eso no me gustó

Nice But can tell it’s a remodel
Overall pretty good. Front desk employees… ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!!! Very professional and sweet. You can tell that it is definitely a remodel hotel… shower was pretty bad and falling apart and definitely had to clean a few things when we got in the room. But… not too bad.

Beautiful view. Not much else.
So nice place in theory. Right on the beach. Balcony in every room overlooking the beautiful ocean. That is where the niceness of this place ends. I was there for a full week so I had plenty of time to see the internal operation and how this place runs. First I have to say that the front staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. I had originally rented one room because it was just supposed to be my daughters and I however my sister decided to come with her son so when I got to the hotel I rented another room and although they do not have conjoining rooms I was able to get the room next door to the original one which was nice for everyone. Don't have much space so as follows... The Good: On the beach Balcony Big room Friendly staff Little shop of cute things to buy Free parking The Bad: No breakfast offered No room service (request only) does not clean. Only towels and garbage Had to sweep own room too much sand from beach Had to take own garbage down to front desk. Get garage bags. Broken down, stagnant, black indoor pool. Claims it is under construction but doubtful because the water is not drained out. Just sitting neglected. Please drain pool! No laundry service Pay for wash and dry. Pay for soap + FS. Very uncomfortable beds. Had to buy mattress toppers to avoid severe back pain. Restaurant closed down a day after I arrived. Food was not good. Soap dispenser old and empty. Did not use Need to replace water filter on water refill station $3 bottle of water!

Comfortable stay.
Nice place, pleasantly surprised. My room was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly. Could use some more snack and drink options in the lobby but aside from that I enjoyed my stay.
