We enjoyed our stay

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a balcony which looked out on the river in front of the hotel, which was quite pleasant. It is convenient to downtown Gatlinburg by foot or by trolley. Parking at the hotel is also convenient. While it takes a lot to keep up a hotel, I have to say that the floors inside the room were very dirty. The other room surfaces were all clean, along with the bedding and towels.

AMAZING GEM OF A PLACE!!

Such a gem of a place! I love the lights by the water with the fire pits, hammocks, and picnic tables! So magical! Our room was clean, bed was comfortable, and we had a darling fireplace in our room! The staff was so kind and friendly. We loved this place so much that we are already planning a trip back! The free breakfast was great too!

It’s a 15 or 25 minute walk to the Main Street, which is nice because there is less noise here. The hotel itself looks dated but my room was recently remodeled and looked and felt nice/comfortable.
