Everything was great! Stayed with my husband, two daughters, and mother, for a softball tournament. Rooms were clean and spacious enough for us all. The staff was super friendly, even the breakfast attendant was cleaning tables and greeting guests in the morning. Close to several food options and gas stations. Would definitely stay again with zero hesitation.

The WHOLE hotel was under renovation. Scaffolding on all of the outside so it took up most of the parking. Hot tub was not clean.

The hotel was under construction.. if we knew that ahead of time I would have chosen a different hotel. The beds we so uncomfortable that it strained my back I'm still recovering to this day (3 days ago) I will not be returning to the Hampton Inn in Waxahachie TX

Front desk staff was very friendly. The gal working the breakfast area was so kind. She was so polite and helpful. We greatly appreciated her excellent customer service. The breakfast was hot and delicious. Our only complaint was that there is very limited parking. We had to park in a random parking lot behind the building and walk over.
