Not too shabby.
the receptionist was up front and let me know that there was no hot water and if we wanted to cancel. we were just there for one night, 3 three kids and myself. Area was good, Room was okay, couple stains in bathroom nothing you just can't wipe down. Breakfast was okay, one waffle maker was broken so the line was longer but no biggie. staff was nice, we had a good night sleep before boarding. thank you for being up front when something was wrong. That def makes communication great. Thank you for that!

Short stay!
Was in town for a cruise, so I stayed a couple days. Hotel right off the freeway ramp. Target, dollar general and a few other stores, across from hotel. Quiet and clean. Front desk lady where very nice and welcoming. Both ladies. Would stay again, if cruising out of Galveston.

Not clean!
The room was not cleaned at all. There was only a thin blanket on the sheets. Handprints all over walls and doors. Looks like it has never been thoroughly cleaned. Carpet was not vacuumed. Had debris on carpet and in hallway. The hallway tile had stains that were not mopped up.

AVOID THIS HOTEL UNTIL THEY FIRE THE MANAGER
Have stayed in this hotel multiple times for cruises. Never again! We arrived to check into our three rooms booked months prior and were told the manager had given our rooms away to the large student group that arrived just before us. Never called, emailed, or anything to warn us. Completely unacceptable. Now without our rideshare, the poor front desk girl tried hard to help us, but there was nothing she she could do there. She tried to call the manager multiple times, but we would not answer his phone. Instead, she helped us book other hotels in the area, which cost us more in many ways. She told us and the people behind us in line that the manager had done this to other people the weekend before. AVOID THIS HOTEL until they fire the shady manager, Shadi A.

Weird, won't come back.
We stayed here before a cruise, and were supposed to stay after we got back. The hotel declined for us to stay there because there was a storm. We realized while on the cruise we left a $200 straightener in the room, and asked if they saw it, they said they'd call us back, and after several days I called back and they informed us they never checked or asked the cleaning people. Again saying they'll call back and then never did.

Never again
Drove in and stayed the night before our cruise so we would not be tired the day of.. We got a room with 2 queen beds. After a four hour drive we finally lay down and the bed was so worn it was impossible to get comfortable in it. So we get up and as we are about to get Into the other one we see the sheets are dirty. It was so late and we were so exhausted we just jumped back in the original one. We finally fall asleep and the fire alarm goes off. We jump out of bed grab our phones and as we are making our way to the halls it turns off. Fast forward about an hour when we are finally back to sleep.. The fire alarm goes off again. Another false alarm…. Needless to say we were far from well rested for the cruise. We dragged the whole first day. There was also stains on the restroom floor like it had not been cleaned and what looked like blood splatter on the side of the dresser.

Would not stay here again.
We had 1 washcloth1 hand towel for 2. Our telephone didn’t work to call front desk to ask for more.Tv didn’t work right. Front entrance terrible for unloading your luggage and Checking in. No water or cups anywhere in here. The lighting in the room was terrible. You could hardly see how to do anything. Beds were descent. Overall stay was bad. We had friends in another room and they only had 1 washcloth for 3 people.

a terrible disappointing stay
Hallway was not clean, seems like they never clean it. There was nothing to eat in the breakfast. Completely different from the photos. The beds are very uncomfortable and looked so old and unclean. There was not a single lid for a coffee cup!!! All the basics were missing.

2 night stay before cruising
Checkin awesome! Deluxe King room is huge, I said you could bring a basketball team with sleeping bags n have room. Comfortable bed, good water pressure and hot water. Coffee maker n refrigerator. Only shampoo and soap. Cleanliness could use help a few items still there from prior person and floor so so. No bar or bistro on premises. Nothing really close to get something to eat. Breakfast limited but basics n lady who works it is super. Checkout employee awesome.
