Terrible service
Paid for a king got a double queen room was dirty garbage behind the bed, remote didn’t work had to get a cable box free breakfast that was advertised wasn’t available. Hotel freaked of weed, which I am allergic to so that was awesome. My boyfriend went and talked to front desk they refused to refund our money or upgrade us to a better room. I do not recommend this place at all!!!!!

Do not go for any reason.
It was my worst experience at any hotel establishment I have ever had. The keys to the rooms didn't work which was a known problem to staff that they didn't care to fix. So few workers that you couldn't check in at the hotel we had a room for and instead had to go to the hotel next door to check in. Nothing in the hotel looked like it had been cleaned in at least a month and the workers were talking about filming a porn in the hotel in front of my wife and I. When I went in to cancel the room immediately before I could even finish my thought I was told "Listen honey it doesn't matter what your excuse is you're not getting a refund." Needless to say it was awful and I will not be going back.

We were passing through on a long trip from Colorado back to Michigan. Just needed a bed for the night, I have no complaints. You get what you pay for, and it was all we expected.

this is a great place to stay if you are traveling or just need to get away. rooms are clean , warm . breakfast was good . i will say that coffee should be offered throughout the day and I don't think the dining room should be locked after breakfast is over simply because maybe a person would like to sit there to read, or enjoy the view outside or communicate with others or just enjoy a cup of coffee . the older lady at the front desk is not a people person. she was kinda rude.

The power went out on the 2nd of Dec, did not like the managers story. Called midamerican, told me it was not their problem and advised to call electiction. Manager did nothing on whole day of the 3rd. Very cold 3/4 no heat. BUT YETKEEPS TAKEN RESERVATIONS!!. Not sure whats going to happen on the 4th. Also back in end of Aug was shut down again Sheffir

My room was dirty. The bathroom door was nearly destroyed. The microwave was dirty, refrigerator and garbages had stuff stuck inside the container and were dirty. Two light bulbs missing from lamps so I only had one lamp in the room that worked. Garbage outside the door that I entered. The staff was polite but when I asked about the lamps not working nothing was offered to correct it. If I had thought to take out insurance, I would have stayed somewhere else but since I could not get a refund because I booked through Expedia I stayed but I will not stay here again. Also I booked for two people and I only had two towels and one washcloth and no face towels for a two-day stay
