$350 for one night at a 2 star hotel. Plus elevator was broken had to go up three flight of stairs, was not offered any compensation off the room for the inconvenience. I showed up 30 mins before check in started, just to be told I had the last room avail which was of course most inconvenient placement from the staircase to top floor Room had bugs and trash from previous tenant in bathroom Walls are paper thin, had to hear neighbor room come home at 230/3am (after knocking on wrong room), and hear them spend 10 mins blowing up an air mattress Needless to say, unimpressed and disappointed no compensation for the elevator being broken m….after spending $350 for one night! They gladly sold out all the rooms tho

This met my needs in a pinch but property was under some renovation and the cleanliness left something to be desired . Fire alarms went off multiple times and elevators were not working . This would not be on my list of choices the next time I am in College Station .

This property was recently renovated, however it was poorly renovated. Our room didn’t have any water to the bathtub and the next room that they gave us, the faucet handle worked but was put Ion poorly. New pain and furniture can’t hide some of the faulty work. Also, no extra linens in our suite for the pull out sofa. The front desk clerk was very nice though.

Good Hotel and would come back
We were there for one night to pick up our son from soccer camp and we had a very good experience. The person at the reception was very kind, helpful, and quick to check us in. The overall cleanliness of the hotel and room were very good. The free breakfast was what I expected, nothing to write home about, but it was good to have it available. I would stay here again when we are in town.

We came here when our power went out during Hurricane Beryl. Room was clean and very cold, the ac unit is noisy but it kept the room cold which we needed during the scorching summer heat. Our room had some crickets, half of them were dead and the toilet seat kept moving around. Other than that, we had a great one night stay!

It appears the property has undergone extensive renovation. Floors were being installed. The reception area was very clean and fresh. Our room was very clean freshly paired and carpeted and the it appeared newly furnished. The front desk clerk on arrival was very indifferent. Not particularly friendly but not disrespectful. The custodians were very polite, cheerful and friendly. Asking if we needed anything and we smiling and laughing. Our stay here was very pleasant.
