The perfect hotel with a great view of the castle.
Lovely and smiley reception welcome, nice and clean. Bedroom amazing (room 406 - a suite with a view of the castle and massive balcony!). Lovely birthday brownies in room for me on arrival. Great drinks in the bar area. The girls were so lovely and happy and smiley and quick to serve us and that made us extra happy. Great music to listen to there too. Lovely in the outside bar area overlooking the square in full sunshine. Throws provided for when it gets chilly at night if needed. Not noisy at all- bedroom was lovely and quiet all night. Perfect location. I’m not disabled but it’s wheelchair friendly for you if needed, as are the hotel lobby and bar toilets. Mini fridge stocked up well if you need a drink. I didn’t eat at the hotel, so can’t comment on any food.

God service, men litt for enkelt.
Jentene i resepsjonen var veldig søte og imøtekommende. Veldig lite fellesområde, og på Rooftop bar var det fullt begge ganger vi prøvde å få bord inne. Vi syntes det var for kaldt å sitte ute. Rommet var stort, og over 3 nivåer. Men det hadde vært fint om vi hadde fått drikkevann for 2 dager. En flaske varer ikke så lenge. Rent, pent og veldig minimalistisk.

nice hotel, need to be better w communication
listing on hotel.com says parking available but hotel does not inform guests ahead of time that the street they are located on is currently shut down to auto traffic so it is impossible to get to it and they neglected to inform me of where i could park until i called them after discovering it was not possible to get to them or check in with the car - so check in was a nightmare, we wasted 45m traversing Alicante to get back to where the parking garage near the hotel was and the staff was not really helpful on the phone

Centralt och bra hotell
Lite långsam incheckning men supertrevliga. Väldigt mycket trappor upp och ner till rum 207 även inne på rummet, ingen utsikt bara en vägg på nästa hus. Men rummet var helt ok. Blev väldigt varmt på natten då inte AC fungerade optimalt. Fick öppna fönstret och fick istället allt ljud utifrån, så sömnen den natten blev inte så bra! Ganska sterilt överlag inte ett öppet välkomnande hotell 5 stjärnor? Frukosten var riktigt bra👍 Allt vi kunde önska fanns. Ingen egen parkering de rekommenderar parkering vid Casinot kostade 25€ för 24timmar.

Great stay in Alicante
Had a wonderful stay! Room was very spacious with lots of natural light, very clean and well-presented. Also enjoyed a drink at their rooftop bar and found it very relaxing. Excellent location and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful hotel
Beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. The rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable. It is a historic building that has been remodelled to a new modern standard but still kept the old charm. Very close proximity to the beach and marina. Wonderful rooftop bar! The only room for improvement (a small one) is the coffee in the room - having instant coffee for this quality of hotel is a mis-match, I would recommend upgrading the coffee in the room.

Det var ett ganska litet rum och kallt. Ändrade värmen på en termostat, men det hjälpte föga. Förstår inte hur det kommer sig att hotellet har fem stjärnor. Bra läge, rent och snyggt.

Niemals ein 5-Sterne Hotel
Niemals ein 5-Sterne Hotel. Wartezeit an der Rezeption, da immer nur eine Person anwesend war. Kein Spa Bereich, kein Pool und kein Concierge. Ich habe um 17:00 Uhr um mehr Tee fürs Zimmer gebeten. Leider war dies nicht möglich, da nur noch die Rezeption rum war und diese keinen Tee hatte. Die Lage und das Zimmer sind super. Leider wurde ich immer wieder durch lärmende Personen rund um das Hotel geweckt (da viele Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe des Hotels sind).

Two days to arrive home.
We flew from Palma to Alicante for our two day trip. We have had similar breaks in the past as we really like Alicante and it’s a convenient stopover on our way home.
