Property is ran down a bit. Door handle was loose and falling off in the bathroom. Looks a bit like a slum lord special. Room was clean though. Worst part was that the morning person keeping the breakfast area/front counter. They were coughing all over the place with no attempt to cover their mouth. The breakfast was real sad. The owner manages or lives on site too it appeared. Way too eager to shutdown a breakfast that I’d give a 3/10 too. Really low quality items too. The bread was wrapped in plastic by hand and with that worker coughing everywhere…. No thanks. Not a lot of choices for hotels in the area but I’d advise staying in a bigger city where it’s more competitive. The ponderosa in town was on point though.

Very Clean and Great Service
People are very nice hotel is clean. The refrigerator froze what we put in it, the bed was not very comfortable and the toilet paper was less than one ply, but it was what was expected for this type of property!

Agree with others.
The room I stayed in was recently remodeled based on the other reviews. With that said, clenliness was consistent with other reviews as well. Bathroom floors had urine around the toilet stained into the caulk, stray hairs on the counter and the floor. To me, it appeared mopping and overall cleaning was being minimally completed. The check in staff was great, things were quiet at night. I would stay again given lack of options in the area but its not perfect.

I booked rooms for me and my mom, she is 82. They said they only have rooms on the second floor no elevator. I have a broken bone, and a cane, and she is 82. We couldn't stay there. I reached out to your chat and received no help.Now we are 300 miles away from ho,e and in a very gross side of the road hotel. This is a very small town bot to many options.

It was a big clean room, but the toilet was running constantly and they knew it before I made the reservation and didn't offer a discount or room swap. Disappointing, didn't get much sleep.

Staff was pleasant, but the room was damp and smelled musty. The smoke alarm was pulled off all the wires exposed, and was missing. The back door into the hotel would not shut therefore a security issue. The bathroom counters were dirty.

No Elevators I had 2 broken knees they put me on 2nd floor and pretty much told me good luck going up 16 flight of stairs the employees were rude I’ll never return there I made it up those stairs with my husbands help

I understand that this hotel is being remolded, but when walking up stairs where the guys had painted the walls...literally burned my eyes from the fumes. Had no doors open for ventilation. Also NO air working in lobby and it was 87-89 degrees out.. Positive note...comfortable beds
