停车方便的花园式酒店
酒店距离佛罗伦萨ZTL不远，步行至大教堂和米开基罗广场差不多半个小时的时间，客房很干净明亮，早餐不错，不限量，可自取，前台也热情，住了一晚，没啥可抱怨的。对自驾客来说，最合适，省缺了停车的麻烦。缺点：就是大门容易错过，如果导航要求“右转”的话，你要在前面小路马上右转，因为在向前十米就是一条有红绿灯的大道，如果你在这右转的话，就错过酒店的大门了。又要绕一圈回来了，就像我一样。

O local do hotel é muito bonito, tem um amplo estacionamento. Nosso quarto deixou muito a desejar. Ficamos no terceiro andar, me sentindo em uma região quase como um sótão em virtude da escada ser ruim e apertada para passar com malas pesadas. O banheiro é antigo, com banheira pequena e apertada o que molha todo o banheiro no momento do banho, nos brasileiros gostamos de tomar um bom banho e não foi nada confortável durante nossa estadia. O café da manhã era bem saboroso porém apenas uma funcionária pra fazer tudo, ela bem se esforçava para atender a todos, repor os alimentos e ainda ter que administrar a máquina de cafés, que penso que deveria estar de fácil acesso para que o hóspede aperte o botão e assim não tenha que sobrecarregar a funcionária. Se chegar tarde no café corre o risco de não ter mais nada. O funcionário da recepção do período noturno nos deu algumas boas orientações sobre o acesso à cidade e ao ônibus que parava perto do hotel.

Alles gut bis auf ...
Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen mit einen grossen Park in ruhiger Umgebung. Zu bemängeln gilt es die Distanz ins Zentrum von Florenz welche nicht zu fuss sondern faktisch nur mit dem Taxi zu bewerkstelligen ist. 20 Euro pro Fahrt und das 4 mal pro Tag summiert sich schon mit der Zeit. Das Frühstück ist ok. Was aber als grosse Kritik an die Hotelleitung anzubringen ist, dass nur eine Person für alles, aber auch wirklich alles wie auftischen, abräumen, servieren, vorbereiten und abwaschen in einen sehr kleinen Frühstücksraum verantwortlich ist. Dass diese alles gibt um den Gästen gerecht zu werden ist Ihr hoch anzurechnen. Dabei bleibt aber leider die morgendliche Freudlichkeit etwas auf der Strecke was sehr schade, aber voll verständlich ist. Die Hilfsbereitschaft der freundlicheren Gäste sollte nicht zu stark strapaziert werden und das Personal muss nicht zwingend immer übers Limit belastet werden. Leider fehlt eine Ladestation. Es sollte unbedingt eine bereit gestellt werden. Gehört einfach zum heutigen Standart.

Sarvario was AMAZING! He made us feel welcome and comfortable. If we needed anything to make our stay more comfortable, he got it for us. He gave us all the information we needed to know about transportation and finding the best spots to eat. This property was clean and smelled good. The gates were closed at certain times of the night so I guess that helps with security. It’s uphill so if you’re walking, you’ll definitely get those quad muscles without even trying 😂. It’s about 10-25mins of a walk from nice restaurants. It is a 5-7minw walk to bus stops on either side. Downside is: - if you’re not driving, it’s a long walk from the gate to the building entrance. - The ground all stones so if you’re wheeling a box, it’s even harder. - Breakfast buffet was hella expensive. - Mosquitoes are outside because it has natural vegetation (inside, they have a wallflower that smells great and repels mosquitoes), so you’ll be fine. In all, I’d stay here again!

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, gave us good recommendations for restaurants and places to go. Breakfast was delicious! The hotel itself was average, not worth the price in our opinion. Our shower drain was clogged and water pooled in the corner of our bathroom. The walls are thin, we could hear other guests. It’s a beautiful property, but we probably wouldn’t stay again.

Beautiful villa- unfortunately rooms are poorly maintained. We tried showering and the water pressure was non- existent. The tub was poorly repaired. The room was overall staid. In addition, The hotel is not staffed 24 hours so if you need assistance there's no one there to help. I would never go back.
