Find another hotel.

There was no hot water, they tried 7 different rooms and none had hot water. The place smelled like wet dog and urine.

There are new Owners and they are in renovation at the moment. The Staff was Amazing and my room was super nice. I will definitely stay here again, I have never seen anyone work harder to accommodate me like they did.

Stay away

We had a renovated room, which was very nice. However, we asked for a first floor room, but they were not renovated. There was no elevator to the second floor rooms that were renovated. We met and passed many other seniors who also have a problem getting up and down stairs. Also, the ice machine didn't work and there was only one that I could find. Walking up and down stairs in search of a working ice machine is a hard no for us. Also there was the issue of a deposit, which we were told upon check-in had not been charged, so we gave another credit card for a deposit. That card was not charged, but another card we had given for that purpose was charged. The front desk, at check out, assured us it was just a hold. Still waiting for the deposit "hold" to drop off. One night in a sub par hotel. We are in our 50's for one night. It is not as if we were spring breakers on the beach. I would not recommend this place..

Did not Stay NO WAY

The Room Studio King I booked and paid for was not Available. The Property is not nice. After I booked in and went to my room. I came back to the desk and waited 40Min for someone to help me. I told them the double queen room they give me is not what I booked. The Sink was full of water and stopped up full of water. If they did not have my Studio King Room. I will not be staying. They said since I booked 3RD party they could not help me. DO Not book this place unless you paying $30. or less and your use to these low class kind of hotels. I am not...Hotels.com you should not send anyone to this place! I am disapointed in you!

This hotel needs to be removed from your listing We arrived at 2 am Room was discussing They move us to a room not much better Toilet runs sink doesn’t drain smoke defector hanging off the wall Smells Second room not much better No power for bedside lights ( no place to plug them in, cords jus loose This hotel is discussing and if was booked a several days ago and and if it wasn’t 2:30 am we would of walked out I think you need to do some thing out this property No one should stay here ( maybe homeless) Also maybe hire new checkin lady Rude and we interrupt her for a busy night sitting at desk Need to confirm our next resolution through Expedia so we don’t have this discussing stay Feel free to contact me as this is not exceptable

carpet in hallways and room was dirty - sheets were washed (hopefully) but were stained. bathroom fixtures were stained - rust. The hotel placed a sign that said THERE WILL NOT BE A BREAKFAST SERVED TOMORROW - - No apology, just this is the way it is - deal with it! I prepaid for 2 days - we left after one day and I asked for a credit to my card for the day we did not stay. Clerk said she did not have the authority to do this. Poor people skillls. We mentioned we saw a bug run under the microwave - - she said there was NOT a bug. I don't understand why Wyndham/Ramada allowed their name to be used on this property.

Hotel needs work and breakfast

Got to hotel and it looked empty due to renovation. Got checked in and found out there would be no breakfast due to truck not showing up. 2 days in a row according to the woman speaking on the phone to I assume another worker there while checking me in. Got to room couldn’t plug the coffee maker in where it was had to move it to the night stand. There was no ice in two ice makers. The door to outside sliding door didn’t lock. The door leading to the parking lot wouldn’t let me back in had to walk back to front. And the hotel rooms need work in the bathrooms. Pretty rusty things.

Bad hotel

We left before we entered our rooms. The hotel is dirty and not safe as there were a few broken locks. It is not at all what the pictures show. A really bad hotel. I am trying t get my money back as we didn’t stay there and what hotels.com show is MISLEADING.

The place was absolutely a dump cockroaches all over the place shady people in and out of the hallways dangerous area the whole 9 yards I can’t say enough I would never ever even look at that place again. Expedia should do more research before they put people in places like that unless you want to be there
