Ubicacion excelente
Excelente ubicacion, acceso a transporte publico rapido, cercania de supermercados, facil de ubicar el hotel, entrada del inmueble sencilla, cuartos sencillo y normales y comodos dentro del promedio, nada fuera de la realidad, pero como estaba en el 3er piso, fuera de la ventana estaban todos los aparatos de aire acondicionado y hacian mucho ruido.

GREAT LOCATION TO EVERY TOURIST SPOT!
Great staff and great location. The location was perfect as everything was walkable. The only problems were they seriously need to sound proof the windows. They should also update the accommodations. Shabby Sheik is cool but not when it is torn or broken. The curtains were torn with holes in them as well as my towels. The staff was great and I would go back.

I won’t stay here again.
I arrived on the morning of November 12, checked out November 18. Of the six mornings I was there, there was no hot water for three of the mornings — that’s 50% of the mornings that I was there. I actually had to go to a salon for a wash and blow dry, a rather pricey alternative to having running hot water in my room. November 17 was the worst, as hot water was not restored until the afternoon.

This was a 4 night stay....The rooms were a good size considering the location. We even had room for an additional twin size air mattress. We booked the room for 4 people but we never received more than 3 washcloths after repeatedly asking for them. They brought us additional linens while we were out which included an ample supply of hand towels which we ended up having to use as washcloths. We ran out of toilet paper by the last day of our stay because they never replaced the empty roll. Price was good for the location compared to nearby hotels considering the time for our stay...but don't have too high of expectations.

Não vale a pena a economia.
Infelizmente foi uma péssima experiência, fiquei num quarto virado para a rua, e era muito barulhento, os funcionários do balcão da recepção eram extremamente rudes, e as toalhas só foram trocadas no último dia, após eu ir reclamar que não haviam feito a limpeza do quarto no dia anterior e informar que não haviam sido trocadas nenhuma vez. Tudo isso poderia ser relevado, não fosse a presença de insetos no banheiro, um dia avistei uma traça e num outro, assim que fui esticar o tapete do banheiro, correu uma baratinha que foi se esconder no rodapé de madeira, muito mal instalado e com péssima aparência, além disso, tinha mofo na área do chuveiro. O quarto era espaçoso, motivo determinante para a minha escolha, mas não valeu a pena. Assim como as avaliações anteriores, o hotel está velho e há falhas na reposição de toalhas, quando chegamos, só havia 1 de banho, para 2 hóspedes, e as amenidades não foram repostas nenhuma vez.

If it would have been the final days of my vacation I would have torn this place down! $ 330 per night for this shthole?? Are you kidding me? I thought I had booked a decent place but this was a dirty old piece of junk! Exception to be made for the cleaning ladies, the bathroom was in top condition, the rest should was just junk!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY and stay somewhere else!

Eu reservei o hotel via Hoteis.com para uma estadia de 9 noites. Estava preocupado com os comentários e avaliações, mas resolvi arriscar por conta da localização e do valor que paguei pelas diárias. Deu tudo certo com o checkin e com o pagamento. O hotel é antigo e isso fica bem claro em sua mobília e instalações. Não tive problema com a equipe, foram muito atenciosos. Tivemos problemas com a água quente em alguns horários, e não entendemos o porquê. O quarto para quatro adultos era suficiente com duas duas camas. Tinha também microondas e pequeno refrigerador. No entanto poucos pratos, talheres e copos, mas não cheguei a pedir extras. Ponto bom: a localização é excelente, muito próximo ao Central Park, Times Square, Rockefeller Center, e ainda com acesso de várias linhas de ônibus e estação de metrô na mesma quadra. Pra mim valeu a pena o custo-benefício, mas vá sabendo das questões de móveis antigos e aspecto velho, mas não tive problemas com limpeza (o que para mim seria inadmissível).

This poor hotel is literally falling apart
Front desk couldn't check us in at 5 pm because of broken ACs and water leaks in their available rooms, needed an hour or so to find a room for us. Everywhere you looked was peeling wallpaper, scuffed furniture, broken fixtures. Nothing in this hotel has been repaired or replaced in decades. Toiletries and towels were bare-minimum and staffing was skeletal, even on a weekend. The front desk didn't even have toothpaste. At least it was clean, and the AC and plumbing worked. But don't expect anything more than a bed and a bathroom in a convenient midtown location.

Room that was booked was unavailable due to broken a/c and plumbing. After 15 minute wait at reception, we were placed in a shabby room that also had broken a/c. Maintenance worker was rude. Management made no response to our request for a different room, upgrade or refund. So we left
