I previously stayed at this hotel in 2023 and had a good experience, so I returned with high expectations. Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing from the start. After arriving at 1 a.m. following a long flight, I checked into a room that hadn’t been cleaned. There was urine in the toilet, hair in the shower, and an overall lack of cleanliness. When I requested a different room, I was given one without an apology, and my request for a small gesture, like a complimentary breakfast, was refused.
The experience in the new room wasn’t much better. Housekeeping failed to provide bottled water on the second day, and it took three calls to the front desk before I finally received two bottles. Additionally, the hair dryer in the room was not functional.
Overall, I was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail and the staff’s indifferent attitude toward customer satisfaction. After reading recent reviews, I see that my experience reflects a pattern of declining service. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues, as the current service level doesn’t live up to the hotel’s standards.
