Weekend getaway

Our room was great. Just as advertised. Only thing i would change is to have full size pillows on the bed. Besides that, we will return for another weekend

It was very good, the staff was very polite and helpful. The only complaint I have is that that waited until a few days before my date to let me know the pool was not available, even though I reserved it way in advance and unfortunately by the time they let me know I could change my plans anymore. Otherwise, it was good

Good if you need/like space

Jacuzzi tub was a perk considering the pool and the hot tub were closed even though I specifically book because of that … Pull out couch was comfortable, can’t complain about that. Overall pretty clean, besides the bathroom with pink residue from poor cleaning, and their 2/3 of their wall dispensers were empty. But overall, pretty good for pricing/room size and kitchen, just the things mentioned otherwise would have been a great review

Meh

Indoor pool and hot tub were closed our entire stay and had been so about a week before our arrival. Not once did they think to reach out and let us know giving an option to change our plans. The jacuzzi tub in our room didn’t have a stopper and the maintenance man had to go to the store after the first night to buy one for us. The room had both baseboard heat and central air. Instructions in the room were to leave the baseboard heat at 68° however we like to sleep in much cooler temps. Setting the central air to a lower temp only blasted the baseboard heat even more. They did give us a discount for these hassles but I would strongly recommend another location over this hotel. FYI they do time shares there and be ready to be bombarded

Ski Weekend

Visited the area for a ski weekend at Loon. I had never been before this and really enjoyed the area. The hotel was very nice, central location to everything. The room itself was much larger than expected, a kitchenette and seating, the bed was a king, and a large bathroom as well. Everything was clean. Parking was easy. No complaints here!

For the amount of money per night it was decent. The rooms were pretty nice but the lobby needs updating and the smell wasn't that great. It was a nice central location and i wish the walkway between the hotel and the shops were open. They shut down the coffee machine at 12pm.. so after being out in the cold all day it would have been nice to grab something to help warm up.

The suite was very roomy and well equipped. The layout of the room was very convenient...enjoyed the fireplace and the ability to cook meals. The suite had two bathrooms and plenty of storage space. The view from the windows was outstanding.

Stayed there 4 times. Every other time was great. This time room was not nearly as nice and noisy all night. Hotel never notified us pool and hot tub was closed. Unfortunately won’t stay there again

Pool was open and closed nonstop. Booked it for the pool so that’s pretty disappointing with two young children. No pot holders to get hot food out of the oven. The smell in the lobby area was absolutely horrendous. We’ve stayed here a few times and this is the first time we’ve had a horrible horrible experience.
