The room was a bit outdated/rough, but everything worked fine. The bed was comfortable. The vending machines had prices more reasonable than most other motels.

Do stay here

The place is disgusting it has roaches The bathrooms are probably 50 years old and falling apart, disgusting black mold all over the place the paint in the bedroom is peeling off the walls. place is just horrible.

Filthy

I came to town at the last minute as I was there for the funeral of President Carter. I drove up and saw the conditions - which were disturbing - dirty mattresses outside the rooms and the office was filthy - and I was told I had a smoking room which I did not. I have a copy of the reservation. I asked for a refund which he did to Hotels.com - I have a copy he gave me - and said they would refund me. Now they are saying they will only give me $25 toward towards a non-refundable reservation.

NASTIEST HOTEL I HAVE EVER SEEN! BIOHAZARD!

Do not stay here! I checked into room 116 and found it to be extremely nasty. There was a quarter-sized spot of, what appeared to be blood, in the bathtub, as well as other filth. The toilet seat did not match the toilet and the bathroom in general was gross. The front desk offered to allow me to change rooms into room 102, with their apologies. That room was even worse with waste water leaking at the base of the toilet and mold on the wall of the bathroom. I returned the room keys and departed after the front desk lady apologized again. But they have refused a refund amd decided to keep my money, though I did not stay at the property and despite the conditions that drove me away.

Our room was dirty, but very spacious with a small frig and microwave. That helped because we were there for 4 nights. There was a hole in the wall in our bedroom area and bathroom. Bathroom needs updating. The pool was closed and the ice maker wasn't working for our entire stay. There were a few restaurants close by including a couple that we could walk to. The town was very quaint with historic areas.

This was, without a doubt, the most disgusting place I’ve stayed in for years. The bathroom was old and rusty. I was afraid to use it. We requested no -smoking room but clearly it was Smokey (no other rooms available) Bed kk ens were dirty. AC unit was noisy so we got very little sleep. Woke up early and got out as soon as possible. Ick. Yuck. Never again

Although it was labor day weekend, pricing here was a bit much based on room conditions. The location is centralized so that's a plus. There is a need for remodeling here nd possibly insect sanitization.
