If you like feces and garbage stay here!

It was one of the worst hotel stays in my life. The shower is stained yellow and brown. We did not use it. It looked like there was crusted feces on the shower wall. The entire building had a terrible odor to it. We stayed on the third floor and the staff was storing giant bags of garbage in the hall next to our room. The entire hall smelled like garbage, rotting food on a hot day because they do not air condition the building. So imagine 100 degree hallways smelling like rotting vegetables and diapers. The tvs did not work. Then we stayed for three nights. The third night our key would not open the door. The guy at the counter said to us “oh we thought you left and abandoned your stuff. We showed him our 3 day reservation confirmation email. Also if you thought we left four suitcases of clothes, cpap machines, and toiletries wouldn’t you call us? While we were out staff came in and unplugged all our chargers, cpap machines and shut off our air conditioner. Then to top it off we left the next morning and the elevator closed us in and would not move. I was on the brink of calling 911 there was no elevator inspection info and the emergency button was not working. Finally the door opened after 3 minutes. We sprinted for the hall, ran down the garbage infested smelling stairwell and sped away! Do not stay here!

The building and grounds are a disaster

The outside of the building belongs in a third world venue. The outside of building needs major cleaning up and the front door looked like a truck drove through it. The reception area was dark and uninviting. The rooms were nice and clean

Hotel was clean and bed was comfy. TV didn’t work. No breakfast really offered. We came and went and no one managed the front desk without ringing a bell. Clean but needs quite a few upgrades.

The carpet in the bedroom area was peeling away from the wall. The walls were not clean - dirty from splatters. The plugins in bathroom didn't work. Grout in bathroom was broken. There was rust on the wall edges in bathroom and there was dirt along the edge of wall and floor in bathroom.

Think twice before gambling on this property.

The place had to many faults to mention but here are a few. Had to tighten toilet seat was hang by threads. Toilet was broke away from floor and was leaking water we had to shut off water between use to keep dry feet. Tv cable input was broke so no tv with kids. Had to get extra towels for a 2 night stay and were treated like we were a inconvenience. Just want to let anyone else thinking of staying here to think other wise. Was to late for me a for us seeing we had already payed and had a 2 day camp ahead of us.

Rooms were not cleaned at 7 pm when we tried checking in. Returned an hour later. Still not ready. Got our money back and went to another hotwl.
