地理位置極佳，清潔消毒尚待加強。
位於市區正中心，對面就有麥當勞，還有多處大型購物中心及便利商店，地理位置極佳，購物中心內還有附設美食街。雖說到處都有ABC便利商店，但是大型購物中心內的Target商店物價更親民，幸運的是，飯店附近就有。除了夜晚時會有小蟑螂爬出外，一切都還滿意，如果能消毒清潔，不再有小小強出現，此飯店將接近完美。最後，建議增設快煮壺，會更方便顧客。

Most of remodeling outside is near complete. Still needs to finish tennis courts. But pool. Gym and billiard room is complete. The pool needs more lounge chairs. I was only able to get one on the 4th day. Location is great. Easy to get around. When coming to Waikiki which is regular for us we always stay here. Parking included and no resort fees.

We stayed at the Royal Kuhio for 10 days in November in a corner condo. We had a beautiful view of the mountainside. The condo was awesome, huge bedroom, livingroom/diningroom area, kitchen with all the essentials. It was situated in a great location to numerous waikiki shops, cafes, restaurants and a short 10 min walk to waikiki beach. It has a gated parkade which was great because we rented a car for our trip. It was a short drive to get to the main highways that took you in all directions of the island, which was good because the traffic always busy. The stafff was friendly and it felt very safe with the 24 hour security and gated parkade.

Read the literature provided ahead of time. Our check in process was somewhat bumpy. Security was NOT helpful for clearly lost and confused tourists who just wanted to drop off bags and figure out where to park! After the rough start, this was a great place to stay. Easy walking distance to tons of fun activities. Comfortable and clean ... but for me, the parking situation made this THE place to stay. Have stayed other places in the same area that did not have designated parking and it was a nightmare. This place was comfortable, felt safe, and parking was easy and free. Well worth the price, will use again. Also, for mobility challenges - elevators were good, ramp up to door from the street, hand-bar in the bathroom within reach of toilet, toilet high enough - the room we had did have a small ledge to step into the shower so okay for limited mobility but not wheelchair.

Good value
Positives-location, value, size, clean and quiet, swcure. Negatives, crazy uncomfortable pull out couch that squeaked with every breathe, one crooked pan to cook with and not able to change out towels unless there for 9 days. Explained 4 women extremely active, went ATVing and some not all towels filthy. Told tp do laundry.....not on vacation. We had to collect and take all trash put of the room on checkout.

The property was old and dated, the Bedroom TV didnt work, despite advising reception that it wasnt working, the appliances had no instruction for use. We had to load and wash our cups etc. And empty our own rubbish. Paid top dollar for a mediocre experience, wouldnt recommend.

Really clean place to stay. Everything is up to date and close to anywhere you need to go. You are on the street with major city bus route and only 3 blocks from the beech. Pool is nice and clean as well. This was our third time we stayed in Waikiki and so far best hotel/apartment we stayed at for very affordable rate. Highly recommend it.

We had everything we needed for 3 people in the apartment. The bedroom was a good size, bathroom too. Sofa bed in the living room was comfortable. Staff were very friendly. The car park was great, plenty of space even for our large SUV. Everything in waikiki is easily walkable.Will definitely be back
