You have one exceptional employee! Tiamana went above and beyond!! We were out on the streets buying something and we didn’t speak Malagasy. Tiamana walked by and came to the rescue! He could’ve walked by and went home, but stayed and helped us out! At the hotel he was always kind and went out of his way to make our stay wonderful! Love you Tiamana! Very good stay. But very upset with the restaurant 8th floor. Had two dinners, both didn’t appear fresh meat and second one made me sick. The staff in ground floor restaurant are supper friendly and caring. Will stay again and surely will have dinner elsewhere

Hotel was nice and clean. Food was over priced and just average. I ask the hotel staff to confirm my flight time for the next day. But for some reasons their phone system wouldn’t allow this to happen. I booked a massage through the hotel. But the massage is off site they knew nothing of my booking.
