Good: nice towels, lines, bed Poor: the phone rang at 6:00 am. We did NOT ask for a wake up call. We were not allowed to check in due to miscommunication between Hotels.com and the hotel. Very upsetting. We were asked to not bring any breakfast back to our room but EVERY table had been obviously used and not cleaned. The TV did not work due to someone shifting the HDMI cords; we figured it out but we thought housekeeping should catch that kind of thing.

Front desk MIA

No front desk person available when we arrived. Had to wait several minutes. Then we were only assigned ONE room key for both of us to share!!? Front desk person said that is all they allow per room. I've never experienced that before. Also they charge $5 per key for lost keys. Second day also had to wait on empty front desk. Rang bell three times before someone responded to continue waiting. Will not stay here again and would not recommend it.

Could be better

Our stay was relatively ok. Beds were fine, breakfast was average. The two not great things are there was rust in our bathtub, not appealing to the eye. Then we did lose our key card and they charged us for another one. I have just never had a hotel charge for a card before.

Room & restroom were clean. Front desk staff friendly. Woke up to no water one morning. Called front desk they immediately apologized for the inconvenience and offered a room switch. Luckily water came back on. Overall good stay

What a disappointing experience. I have stayed at Comfort Suites on occasion in the past, and generally they are ok. This location was terrible. The air conditioning in the room didn't cool very well, the shower head ran weak, the trim around the bathroom was in terrible condition and when I tried to use the phone to call the front desk, the phone didn't work. In the morning, we arrived for breakfast and they were out of most of the food and we had to wait a while to finally get more food. I'm sure they were understaffed and the staff was working as hard as they could to get breakfast. out. I won't stay here again.

They gave us a room that did not lock. The door literally would not close or lock. Room 211. The woman working the front desk, Shannon, was not helpful or kind. She refused to move us to another room because they were ‘full’ and we had entered the room, so it was now marked ‘dirty’ and she could not and would not move us. We will not stay here again.
