Keystone condos:
Most condo buildings are 2-3 stories high, with stairs and no elevator. This is NOT listed in the description, nor is it fun to lug multiple pairs of skis up 3 flights of stairs only to discover that there may be a key to a ski locker in the ground floor AFTER you get into the condo.
You will have to drive: The entire Keystone Condos complex spans 4 miles, but there is a SINGLE reception at one end of the village. From there you will have to drive to your condo, or try the ‘free’ shuttles which A) only the yellow line stops at registration (see map pic), and B) the on “demand service” is only 6pm-10pm, So checkout without a car is difficult.
The location they list on the map is just the point for the “Collection of condos area”. Key Condos turns out to be 1800 feet (10 min walk) from the location on the map and not 200 feet from the lifts like the map showed. See the attached map of the complex, each colour of building is an ‘area’ - your condo location may vary greatly.
If you aren’t trying to wrangle luggage or skis, getting around is almost ok. Just don’t rely on the shuttles, you will be walking.
Grocery options are minimal, you will want to shop down in Dillon, or Frisco. If you want to eat in a restaurant after 6pm, be prepared to walk, or try calling for an on demand shuttle.
