Location location location
$35 by taxi from airport. 4 blocks from Music City Center and Broadway nightlife Kitchen: fully stocked including dish washer electric kettle, toaster and full sized coffee maker. Tea, coffee provided. Fridge with ice maker. Washer/dryer Good water pressure, lots of hot water. Essentials available next to 2nd floor elevators, including coffee Cons: Traffic noise with cars revving and sirens every night. Ear plugs and white noise generator provided, not much help.

Highly Recommend
Very clean rooms, location was perfect! We walked everywhere. One block walk to library parking which was only $20 a day. We walked to Publix and down to the strip several times. Great place. Only negative for our family was not enough couch/chair seating for the 5 of us.

The building and apartment were nice with a stocked kitchen if you want to do some of your own cooking. Lots of construction going on near here, so plan accordingly. There is no parking here at all, so if you are driving in you'll need to consider that. It's a bit of a hike to get to some of the main attractions, but not too bad. Overall it's nice except for the parking situation.

The concrete floor and industrial look was unique. Everything was very clean and the property felt very secure. It had everything we needed for our stay and was a nice distance away from the hustle and bustle of Broadway but you could walk there in about 15 minutes.

A very bland apt. BUT, very roomy, very comfy bed and pillows. Well equipped kitchen, you could actually have cooked a meal, as all the equipment was there. Only complaint was trying to figure the tv out! Would use Sonder again.

Weather was 100 degrees outside and AC was not working. Communication sucked to get it fixed. The maintenance worker that was sent tried but had minimal resources. Did not offer a refund immediately, after several phone calls they offered a $400 USD refund but only refunded us $400 Canadian. Very frustrating. Good location.

Great stay in the dovetail, apartment was fantastic, easy to find and check in was simple. If I were to be picky, perhaps a better iron and more comfortable seating (party of 4 had only 2 comfortable seater sofa, the spare chairs were dining chairs, another sofa would be great and there is plenty of room for one. Bathrooms were amazing, great showers, (2 bathrooms in a 2 bedroom apartment). Kitchen had everything you needed, overall I’d give this apartment complet a 10/10.

Great stay, walking distance to Broadway. Clean apartment with everything you could need. Spacious. Easy contact free check in and easy to find room. Could have a more noticeable sign to the place, we may have struggled to initially find it our friends already being there but other than that it was perfect! Thank you!

The apartment was a good size and nicely decorated and with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The location is really good, with most of the things you need to see and do in Nashville within a 10-15 minute walk. I would love to come back to Nashville and I’d happily stay here again when I do.

Ein Höllenlärm erwartet einen hier(Klimanlage defekt) .Reklamation nur per Chat,im Verlauf nicht speicherbar.Nach 4Tagen Problem immer noch nicht gelöst.Ab Tag 5in ein anderes Apartment umgezogen. Das war okay,aber ein Downgrade von der Aussicht. Nie wieder in diese Bude für viel Geld.

We enjoyed staying at this property. There is construction in the area, but we were there on the weekend, so things were pretty quiet. I like the security and all the other guests that we met were nice. Convenient to Broadway, it was a 4 block walk to the upper side of Broadway. We came to go to Maneet Chauhan’s restaurant, Chauhan Ale and Masala House. Dinner was excellent and because it was my birthday, they gave us champagne and a small slice of cake. It was well worth the money with large portion size and delicious food. You do have to go down a flight of stairs to get to it, but it is a 10 minute walk. Room was clean and bed was ok. It was a platform bed and I have back trouble, so the morning was a little rough. TV has chromecast, so it you have a streaming service that has chromecast, you are good. If not, you have no TV. Everything in the kitchen worked except some of the outlets. We had 1 for coffee so it was ok. All in all, a good place to stay in Nashville.
