My wife and I had an incredible 3-night stay at the Hyatt Regency in Huntington Beach for some r&r and to celebrate our babymoon. This was one of 3 hotels that we stayed in during our trip, and I have to say that it was our favorite! The Hyatt has everything you need right on the property and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. From the moment we arrive to the moment we left, every amenity that we could try out, we did. The breakfast/brunch in the morning was delicious and the coffee was a highlight for us, something we looked forward to every morning. We found that ordering off the menu was a better option for us vs. the brunch, but everyone is a little different. The shops on-site were key for picking up a snack or kite to fly on the beach, they truly have so much to offer. The private bridge to the beach is key and something the other hotels don't have, so that was a bonus. We did morning walks on the beach and the distance/access to Main Street isn't too far if you enjoy a nice walk in the sun. The valet's were always friendly and offered us cold water bottles when we picked up the car to adventure for the day. The only thing we would say negatively (just a personal preference) is that the pool areas always had loud pop music playing rather than nice relaxing music, or no music at all. We were looking for a bit more tranquil pool/lounge vibes, so it wasn't really a read a book and listen to the ocean type of situation. However, we LOVED our stay!
