never go back. horrible experience.
Upon arriving, we were told that Hotel.com had booked us a smoking room. I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened. After some negotiation, we were able to finally get a non-smoking room for our 4-5 year old children. The lady told us that we would have to work it out with hotel.com on this mistake and that it was not their responsibility. The room itself was okay for the price, not too clean, not too comfortable, but the worst part was that the hotel allowed for pets. So there was this dog that barked all night across the hall from us. Overall, this was a horrible experience and we would never go back there again.
