Bon hotel mais gèrent mal les imponderables
Hotel fermé car plus d'eau. Nous avons donc ete reloges chez les hôtels partenaires. Le problème est que j avais pris la chambre prestige (la plus cher de l'hotel et la olus grande avec lit, canapé etc) et je me suis retrouvée a l'hitel La Valiz, dans un cagibi 20 cm entre le lit et le mur. Pour aller aux toilettes, il fallait ouvrir le rideau de douche sinon on avait le rideau fans la figure. Inadmissible ! J'aurais du etre logée dans une grande chambre. Ma collègue qui avait reserve la meme gamme que moi a eu ine grande chambre La Valiz. La 2e nuit j'ai été relogée dans un autre hotel partenaire de mon choix, ce a ma demande et j ai eu droit a une chambre prestige.

Hôtel juste PARFAIT
Si ce n'est un petit souci d'eau chaude pour prendre une douche, mon séjour s'est parfaitement déroulé. En effet, l'accueil a été chaleureux, la chambre était très propre et calme tout en donnant sur la gare. De plus, les mets proposés au petit déjeuner étaient tous excellents. Enfin, la possibilité de prendre des friandises et du café l'après-midi dans un cadre agréable permet de se sentir comme chez soi. Je suis ravi de mon séjour et je reviendrai avec plaisir dans cet établissement fraîchement rénové.

Hotel tres mignon et fleurie. Super petit dej avec produits locaux et maison. Par contre chambre un peu petite, surtout la salle de bain. Debit d eau dans la douche faible et peu de place pour les trousses de toilettes mais tres bien. Ps les oreillers sont un peu trop gros.

Super séjour
Super séjour , mère / fille pour les soldes et la visite de cette ville superbe . Hôtel très agréable , propre , personnel super ! Petit déjeuner copieux et varié . L’hôtel est à deux pas de la gare , des commerces et du vieux Lille . J’y retournerai sans hésiter !

Très bon séjour
Séjour très agréable dans une jolie chambre à la décoration soignée. On regrettera l'absence de plateau d'accueil dans la chambre néanmoins compensée par la mise à disposition de quelques denrées et de la machine à café dans le salon. Face à la gare de Lille Flandres et à 20 minutes à pied de la gare Lille Europe l'hôtel est très bien situé. On regrettera le très peu d'eau chaude à disposition pour prendre une douche mais le souci a été signalé.

Can't get any worse
Long hair receptionist who checked me in was the nastiest receptionist i have ever dealt with. She definitely is not the right person for the hospitality industry as she showed her unprofessionalism and a bad attitude. I offered to provide the details to the hotel manager but never heard back in the automatic survey letter sent by the hotel. All in all the hotel is a next step up from a hostel. I never stay at a budget places like this one but this was a perfect example why bad hotel accommodation can spoil your experience of visiting different places. This is the worst spent money on the accommodation that can only be compared with an upmarket hostel. Everything about this place is budget, at first sight it will look presentable but during your stay you'll notice how poorly the cleaning services are executes. Please see the photos attached. The worst part was the breakfast yoghurt, served in the reusable jar. The jar lid was filthy, looks like it wasn't washed since the hotel opened. Big health hazard, please see the photo. The bathroom was not clean, no hot water... The list goes on. I would not recommend this place. It's right opposite the main railway station. The street noise will keep you awake all night. The breakfast is probably on the level of a soup kitchen. I have nothing positive to say about the place, especially the staff.

A great place to stay in Lille
The Rosa Hotel is beautifully decorated and conveniently located near to both of Lille's train stations and to the city centre. The superior room was warm, clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The lounge area is a bonus. I'd happily stay here again.
