It’s right next to the Spanish steps. The rooms were especially clean and comfortable great decor. We had connecting rooms with our kids and it was incredibly secure and convenient. The rooftop lounge area had a great view and was open air. The hotel itself is a little hard to spot from the street if you don’t know it’s there. It’s close to all the shopping and a bunch of gelato places. 10 to 15 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and a 15 minute walk to the Pantheon.

The staff was not attentive. They appeared stressed and preoccupied with their personal issues. They were not welcoming and friendly little eye contact. The room was at best average clean. There were no wash cloths. Overall the entire experience and quality went down compared to my stay there last year.
