View was great. Outdoor patio overlooking the beach was wonderful to relax. The hang out space with two firepits and games was fun. Bed was a little hard for my taste. Breakfast was a true "full" breakfast. Yum. The lady taking care of the guests at breakfast was great.

Nice oceanfront hotel

Nice hotel well situated on the beach. Our room was one of the few deluxe rooms with a balcony overlooking the ocean. Plenty of community amenities available. I’d recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel if you don't mind scuba girl

Overall a nice 1 night stay in the deluxe suite with my family, what bothered me though, was that when using the swimming pool and hot tub, parents/grandparents didn't watch their little ones, a very young child (4-5 years old) wearing flippers on her feet, along with snorkeling facial gear and floaties on her arms, kept throwing herself in the shallow end of the pool and freaking me out since I was afraid she would get hurt. She once slipped on her flippers when jumping into the pool and I thought she would hurt her face landing. Grandma didn't care and didn't supervise her. I told the girl politely to stop throwing herself in the pool and splashing me and she went to her grandma crying. Then the little one kept doing the same thing in the hot tub too when I tried to relax, she kept on being all up in my face and jumping around in the hot tub with all the scuba gear. I didn't spend a high amount of money for a nice stay to have someone's grandchild constantly bothering me and wearing all that gear in the hot tub. Also a family with several members occupied the shower for an extended time after being done swimming, by lathering themselves up with their own brought shampoo and soap. My 80 year old father kept on waiting for them to be done, but I eventually had to send him back to the hotel room to rinse off there since they took way too long to be done. It was only supposed to be a rinse off in the shower in the swimming area, not a full clean up with soap and stuff.

Relaxing Week

This hotel has been through a pretty nice renovation. The room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful balcony for relaxing. There were a couple broken pieces of wood trim in the bathroom that need fixing, but overall the room was in pretty good shape. The bed was comfortable and the shower nice and hot. The walking path down to the ocean was really nice considering your walking down a cliff edge.. they have done a nice job with the stairs and stone landings. The breakfast was just fine, we had access to our normal hotel fair of toasted bagel with cream cheese and yogurt, and they even had cups of fresh picked berries, which was nice! The courtyard area looked really nice with bocci ball, fire tables, and lots of seats to hang out in, but we didn't take advantage of it because we were down on the beach most of the week. We will be back!

stay was for one night for our anniversary, found room very hot and we told lady at desk, no AC in rooms, had two sliding windows that opened about 6" so no cooling help. when we checked out the next morning they asked how the room was and we told them it was very hot then they let us know that they had fans we could use. They need to let people know at check-in about no AC and the availability of fans for rooms...
