Hotel is convenience and rarely free parking nearby Center of Liverpool One (10 mins walk). Famous fast food shops (McDonald and KFC) just located opposite to the hotel.

A very convenient and nicely situated hotel. Free parking is the most important reason why we pick this hotel. Been to Liverpool many times, every time we have problems with the parking, spending time and money for that. Here the rent for one night for three ppl is only £29, and usually we have to pay at least £20-£25 for the day and overnight parking, so the hotel comes to be very cheap. Service is good, not too friendly for individual staff, reasonable clean, next to the dock, can see sunset if you are lucky. Will go back to this hotel every time if I am driving.

Good location for the Arena and docks
We chose this hotel for it's proximity to the arena, and for the price it was a good choice. We were given a city side room, which was disappointing given we were there for 3 nights. The room itself was basic - quite small with a tiny built-in bathroom. You have to weigh this up for the cost though, and at £50 per night there was nothing to complain about really. The bed was very comfortable, but the rooms could use some modernisation (one plug socket in the whole room, shower and toilet in need of some maintenance). It's a 20 minute walk to the arena and docks area, or 20 minutes to the shopping centre. Overall, if you're on a budget and/or want somewhere nearer the dock area, this is a good choice.

Bien situé - bon rapport qualité-prix
Hôtel bien situé à proximité de Royal Albert Dock. Très bon accueil, chambre fonctionnelle et propre, adaptée pour des courts séjours. Petit-déjeuner correct, salé et sucré sous forme de buffet. Prestation à hauteur d'un hôtel 2 étoiles à Liverpool.

Good hotel location including parking
Small room but comfortable bed. Close to Albert docks and Liverpool One. Excellent location for both as within walking distance. On site parking very good. Knew the bathroom would be small before we booked but still found it extremely cramped. Only enough hanging space for 6 items. Could do with more. No space for suitcases either. Shelf above the sink was in the way whilst washing face.

Friendly staff,
The hotel was pleasant, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food served in the restaurant was basic but well priced and prepared well. The onsite parking is free and very convenient. My only issue was the bathroom was tiny! I am 6”5 and when I stood in the shower my head touched the shower head which cannot be moved, I could not sit on the toilet with the bathroom door closed, if you are tall this can be quite uncomfortable.
