bad service

This is my first time to comment a hotel. Honestly, the location is very nice. I book 2 rooms and stayed 4 nights in this hotel. One of the bed room doesn’t have exhaust fan in the bathroom and toilet, and the door of the bathroom is out of shape, we can’t close the door. Our bedroom is on the ground floor, the windows are close to the street, it was very noisy at the midnight. It was rainy when we checked out, there is no roof between our rooms and the lobby. I ask the reception to get an umbrella to assist us to carry the luggages to the lobby. But the staff told me they don’t have umbrella and no people assist me to carry the luggages to the lobby. Finally, I took care two old people, and took 4 big luggages to the lobby in the rain. In addition, I can’t accept that there is no seat in the lobby. We stood over 15 minutes wait for a taxi in the lobby, there were about 5 staffs in the lobby, but no people assisted with us, I felt so embarrassed.

The location is really in the old town, nice view from my room to see the bridge and castle. The crews in the hotel are very nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

A very good located and serviced palace hotel

We stayed in a Baroque suite for 3 nights. The room is extremely huge composed of a large living room, a small kitchen, a spacious bedroom and two washrooms. Hotel staff are very polite and helpful. The only improvement that we recommend is about the supply of heating and hot water in the room. We have to wait for 10 min before we can get warm in the room and hot water for shower. Nevertheless, it is a minor issue for us. The location of the hotel is excellent. Ten minutes to walk to major spots in the old town area. There is a pizzeria and several restaurants just next to the hotel. But we recommend the hotel Cafe for breakfast and dinner (lunch is always out for sightseeing). It is really good.

Disappointment

Great location by the river. Charles Bridge just steps away. A few minutes walk from the Old Town Square. Fancy courtyard very calm and quiet. We stayed at the river view suite in the new wing on 2nd floor however 70% of the view was blocked by some trees, we could still see the Prague Castle which was quite nice. The suite looks like it is retiring and simply could not link with anything luxury. Hugh living room but the bedroom was so tiny the door hits the bed when open. Weak water at the shower. We booked hotel car pick up from the train station but the car never showed up. It was 6:30am so we called the hotel for help and the front desk lady called a taxi and asked us to wait outside a cafe so we ran all over the train station with our luggage looking for the spot. We failed to locate the cafe so we called again and this time we were asked to wait by the curb of a street and we tried looking at first but then we gave up because we were so exhausted as the train station was hugh, got more than one levels. So finally by the time we got to the hotel it was already 8am...there were no apologies at all. The morning we checked out, we requested a morning wake up call which never happened. I travel all around the world and i have experience with so many hotels, this one is just below expectation.

離查理士橋很近.基本上從飯店到New Town / Old Town /城堡區都很近.走路就可以了. 但是非常地安靜.房間也很大. 整體上非常的滿意.

Excellent Hotel

The Hotel is excellent and the surrounding is very attractive. Also they have a special arrangement for our room due to our anniversary day. We thank you so much for their arrangement. Their staff are very nice and helpful for our trip.

good location, but...no view

the location is great, can see the river and the bridge view, as long as you go outside. However, the room can only see other building's window; hotel people said it is because we ordered " deluxe room". Please be careful on this. Other than this, the service friendly.

FALSE DESCRIPTION OF ROOM BOOKED - DIRTY ROOMS

The nightmare started at check in with them putting us in an unsafe, dirty room with portable AC within 6 inches of bed and exhaust hose put out an open window to roof level allowing any type of rat and or bird in the room. The suite was sooo dirty and hot. They put us in a small room for night and relocated us in the suite as shown in the image when booked, but it did not have the view as described in booking. The suite was booked for view of Charles bridge and river, but it only had alley view with graffiti on the buildings. The GM did refund 1 night for the first night experience but did nothing about the false and deceptive practice about room type and view, only stated it was not available. He did not respond to email whereas i evidenced the room description and amount paid for view, which was guaranteed room type, not based on availability. Overall, the hotel was dirty (carpets and floors). The massage room had foul moldy odor and no bathroom in spa area, so you had to go back to your room, they had no water after massage and could not bill to room! The hotel had no gym (dis at time of booking) The Gm you stated that its longer shown on website and was closed 6 to 7 months ago and equipment packed up!? I'm sure what going on at hotel but staff does not respect do not disturb room sign whatsoever! I was notified by a staff member that hotel is being remodeled at end of year that' why they are not taking care of it. They should not be allowed to maintain 5 star status

Mozart Prague is excellent

It’s a spectacular hotel, excluding the bohemian charm of Prague. It’s excellently located for exploring Old Town and Lesser Town by foot. The views from our room were super - the Vlatva river, the castle, the Pétrin tower and Lesser Town. The staff are welcoming and attentive. Breakfast options were quite good and eating in the lovely courtyard made breakfast special!

사진보다 낡았고 관리가 아주 잘 되지는 않는 것 같았어여. 실버회원이라 와인 1병 받도록 되어 있었는데 방에 없어 말씀 드렸는데 식당을 가보라고 하고 식당에선 모르겠다고 하고 결국 받지 못했습니다. 위치는 좋았지만 가격이 아주 저렴한 것도 아닌데 조식도 좋지 않았고, 만족스럽지 못했습니다.
