Wil definitely use again

It was great. The hotel provided breakfast which helped alot with all the grandkids. So we could get our day going quickly. Staff was very nice. Anything we needed they took care of quickly. This hotel will definitely be on return to list. Super convenient for getting around Bryan and College Station. Lots of room in our suite and the kitchen with full fridge made things easy on us.

I would recommend this hotel for a stay in College Station. Staff is friendly and helpful. Our suit was roomy and included a small kitchen. It offered a hot breakfast with a nice variety of items. King bed was comfortable. Only negative is our room was by the basketball court and it was noisy with teenagers playing on it at night and early morning.. Just be sure to get a room away from court..

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The staff took care of a couple of small problems and made us feel more than welcome. The highlight was the breakfast. The person putting the breakfast together really cared and went above and beyond Brand standards the picadillo breakfast tacos were awesome on Saturday and the Sunday breakfast was equally as good.

We arrived and got our room that was to have a king and two queens for 5 adults and 2 children. It looked like people were still in the room so the desk went through a few moves before fixing it all by giving us 3 rooms. Thank you for making it right. The motel was very nice!

Felt older and worn down. One burner on the stove didn’t work. Shower drain was somewhat clogged so water drained extremely slow such that you stood in a tub full of water. Dishwasher had old food stuck in it. Staff was very nice although the cleaning person put my toothbrush in a dirty drain stop. It is quiet and safe though!

The yogurt on the buffet was expired. The shampoo in bathroom was almost out and hard to get out. The utensils in the drawers were dirty as were the pans under the burners in the stove. The sheets were old and wouldn’t stay on the mattress.

Our suite had a couple of issues. The tub wouldn't drain and one of the curtains was broken. My brothers room had broken glass on the floor and a broken curtain. The breakfast was kinda boring so we went elsewhere.

Costumer Service Experts

Customer service at this property is impeccable! From the Assistant manager, all of the front desk agents, housekeeper, the breakfast crew and even maintenance man. Each and every one of them took pride in assisting each customer. I went during the USATF tournament and they still did their job gracefully. I left another property that had really dampened my travel spirits, but the front desk crew immediately got me back on track. Although the property is a little outdated, it was still very clean. Definitely will be my go to hotel to stay anytime I’m visiting College Station. Let’s get this property updated Hilton so that we can boost those stars!! I’m so sorry I forgot names, but thank you again Front Desk you rock!!

Tiny Gym with only one working treadmill

Went to use the gym with a co-worker but it was tiny only 2 treadmills and one bicycle machine. One treadmill was broken so we didn't get to work out together. Water was available in the gym but they had not refilled the watercups so unable to drink water when desired. Breakfast selection was nice though small but the hot food was actually cold even though I got there only half an hour into the 3 hour window. The one treadmill that did work, didn't allow me to slow down the speed near the end to start cooling off so had to stop due to danger

We had a room with a very noisy fan. We requested that it be fixed but we were advised thar maintenance was not available until morning. She said we could go down to the front desk to get duct tape and a ladder to try to stop the fan piece that was causing the banging sound. The toilet had a dark stain in the bowl, as did the tub (for some reason). The bathroom was very dated. It had a shower curtain which was just a nasty thing to have instead of glass doors. Grout between the floor tiles was at least 1/4 inch wide & likely harbored lots of filth and germs. Our room did not even have a “do not disturb” sign. We thought the property would not have all these problems since it was in the Hilton family of hotels but we were certainly fooled. We won’t return. Wr couldn’t possibly recommend it with so many newer hotels in College Station to try.
