The hotel was quite fine, especially given the price (when you compare nearby properties). We were on top of Times Square which has its pros and cons, and our rooms were small, but quite adequate for sleeping. There were tiny flats - an outlet that didn't work, a wall plate that fell off, a towel rack that fell apart. None of these in itself was sufficient to keep me from considering this property again if I were looking for a fairly-decently priced property in the heart of Manhattan. That staff was amazing and attentive. It was very clean. We stayed in twin bedded rooms that were imaginatively constructed. All in all, it was a comfy little room at a really decent hotel!
