La atención del hotel en general muy buena, rapidez en el registro y la salida, la limpieza en general tanto de las instalaciones como de la habitación perfecta, las áreas de alberca son muy bonitas lo único malo es que el agua de las alberca está demasiado fría sobre todo para los niños, el all inclusive vale la pena completamente

Good hotel for the buck
This is our fourth visit to Emporio. It isn't a very strong hotel on client service, basic training. But this hotel has always tries to improve the infranstructure. The prices compared to other hotels with american brands/franchises are not insane. The food and CUA is fine, but not great. The other restaurants are way better quality, specially Baciolli. Service at the beach is good during a few hours a day, but generally speaking is quite variable from year to year. I did not rent a car, but it is quite a plus to have free parking. The hotel needs additional elevators.

Nice place but need minor upgrades
I wish they had hotter hot tubs. Too cold and the pools were freezing. Also breakfast selections were very limited. No bacon or home fries. Also need microwaves around the site. Food was cold.

Estadia bem tranquila, O serviço de All inclusive entrega mais ou menos, pois ficamos 3 dias e as comidas praticamente não mudava, e tbm tem o problema de reserva nos restaurantes adicionais que tem no local, não conseguimos para nenhum dia durante nossa estadia, péssimo isso! O Quarto era o que buscávamos, novo e com uma excelente vista, porém o colchão extremamente mole, se prepare para sair com dor na coluna.

A Solid B Minus
The location was good and the property was nice. Our room had a balcony with an ocean view and was very clean. The bathroom was open to the bedroom and lacked privacy. The bed was ok but the sheets were not soft. We sampled three of the four restaurants on the property. The variety was OK, but the quality was mediocre and service was poor. Issues We rented a poolside bali lounge bed for the next day, but when we arrived the attendant did not have a record and first tried to make us move, then while we were at the bar she move our stuff and tried to re-rent the space until I returned and reminded her that she had handled the transaction the day before and that I had my receipt to prove it. A reservation log would have prevented this. During dinner, my food arrived more than 30 minutes after my wife’s entree, and then only after I had to get up to find the server to inquire about it. My wife’s salad was served only after she had finished her entree (and after she reminded the server). My side never did arrive. The one standout was a bartender named Miguel Sulud. On our first visit to the bar he took the trouble to ask our names. The following day he still recalled both mine and my wife’s names. He provided great service throughout our visit and made our stay more memorable. In summary, the Emporio has a beautiful property, an excellent location, and diligent workers. If they focus on their management, processes, and food quality they could go from average to excellent!

Nothing adult friendly here
If you are looking for Adults only, or an actual swim out this hotel is not it. Very nice for family. In the hotel description it leads you to believe your area and swim out are adult only. Anyone can access the swim out pools. We were woken up everyday by kids playing in the swim out, adults only pool and jacuzzi. Speaking of Jacuzzi’s no of them were heated on the property. The staff said they were broken. All areas marked adult only were ambushed with kids and no staff to redirect to the family pool. The staff is like stalkers walking around Checking for your wristlets, not allowing company after certain hours and making everyone who comes to visit get a guest pass for $50. We had the packs that included breakfast, it was horrible we never went back for it during our duration and they would not remove it from our room. The facilities our decent, rooms decent but the aggressive nature of the staff and the false advertising of an adult only area are a turn off.

Key cards open all hotel rooms
Our check in was incredibly long—it took an hour and a half. This was not because there was a long line—there were only five families ahead of us—it was because the service at the front desk was incredibly slow. After we were given our room keys, we accidentally went to the wrong room (that was our mistake). But to our shock (and to the shock of the person in the room), our room keys still opened the hotel room that was not ours. Luckily we did not disturb anything private. Once we got into our correct room, we were dismayed to find the toilet broken. All that said, the location on the beach front was beautiful, and the staff were always friendly. Would not recommend this hotel if you care about security as any hotel guest apparently can access your room.

busque otra opcion
tienen un sistema obsoleto de check in, tarna horas, y cno aparecen los registros, me entregaron una habitacion ocupada, y al salir, trataron de cobrarme de nuevo el impuesto de hospedaje, ademas de mas horas, para el pase de salida. su sistema de señalizacion, es pesimo, aparte de que el hotel esta complicado de identificar los cuartos

Buffets are amazing a little costly though
Was amazing, BUT our flights were changed and we had paid for bfast and asked to be changed for dinner and they would not accommodate! We lost over $250.00 because we booked through you and not them! We ended up paying for the buffet dinner and it was delicious, lots to choose from. Kids loved the options. We loved the ocean views from our room. There is laundry service!

Nice hotel, great location
This hotel was great. There was a good choice of buffet food plus several on site restaurants (which require a reservation). Breakfast was also excellent with lots of choice. The main bed in our family room was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The sofa bed was not comfortable. The room was clean, but the balcony was not. Food and drinks can be bought to you around the poolside. The service is slow around lunch time, but the staff are friendly. The hotel is on an amazing beach. We had lots of fun splashing in the waves. There are also several good pools, possibly a little cold this time of year (December), but fine so long as you are swimming around. The jacuzzi's were warmer than the pools. We had a great time.
