Poor service & unhelpful
Check-in experience is very do so, 4 staff at counter, but very inefficient, confusing in handling luggage drop off.
4 of us checked out at 7:30 am on 10 Nov Sun morning, we tried to catch taxi in the streets, but very quiet. As we rushed for the train, we asked for assistance from counter staff to call taxi but being rejected even though 3 staff there with no customers. They insisted that we should go outside to catch taxi by ourselves, not until we complained. A lady staff volunteered to help us and called the taxi within 5 mins. Grateful to the lady but didn’t understand why the other two guys refused to help, especially the young guy who handled my check-out was really non-sense. Didn’t understand why they cannot help even for basic service, not extraordinary. Worst is they were unable to explain why they cannot help with such simple request.
