Very nice room and the amenities were great. Unfortunately, the room had a bathtub that wouldn’t drain. By the time it was determined it could not be fixed until after our departure. We were offered a room upgrade but with less than 24 hours beside checkout we chose not to move. Because the room was booked through hotels.com no additional compensation was able to be offered. They did, however, add 20,000 points to my Hilton Honors account.
