Attention au petit dejeuner

Une bonne literie mais un peu trop molle pour nous, un bon emplacement, un chek-in rapide et une piscine. L’énorme bémol est LE PETIT DEJEUNER. Je n’ai jamais mangé ce genre de produits : Pain sous cellophane, du beurre qui n’en n’a que le nom, de la confiture en boite, pas de chocolat, deux "soupes" informes et c’est TOUT. Et cerise sur le gateau, le petit dej pour la 3eme personne de la chambre n’est pas compris dans le prix, vous devez ajouter 11,95 dollars!! Bref je ne recommande pas cet hotel, bruyant la nuit, rapport qualite prix.

Un peu déçu de l’hôtel

La chambre est spacieuse et bien équipée. Nous avions pris une chambre avec vue sur le parc. Le parc est en réalité un parking avec des arbres. Ce n’était pas ce que laissaient penser les photos. Le parc manque clairement d’entretien : plantes mortes, déchets, travaux. La piscine était en travaux avec de la poussière de béton partout. Le Spa était fermé et en travaux. Le bar en travaux également. Enfin, nous avons payé des frais en plus du montant restant à payer indiqué sur Hôtels.com.

Room OK, all the rest was a mess

Room was good. All the rest was under construction, in repair or just ruined. Furthermore there is a "resort fee" of USD 48.- but honestly I don't know what for. Please compare official pictures with the real ones, no more comment is required. Pruce might seem OK, but it is not worth.

GTerrible value for money

We stayed for 2 nights. When I was waiting to check in, the host was on the phone dealing with an upset guest who was attempting to ABORT their reservation a short time after they arrived. I should have read the tea leaves!! Instead I kept an open mind and chalked that down to a fussy guest and checked in. To describe the Banana Bay in one word, it would be lazy. Room: excellent Pool: broken umbrella, broken pergola shades, water was far too hot and full of bugs and generally dirty. Pool was under construction but that doesn’t explain the pool water quality and filth. Pool bar was not open. Construction work being performed was 3rd rate and let’s just say I’d imagine they went with the cheapest quote on that tender Dock bar: not open, bartender had to leave and no back up. Ice machine : broken Breakfast: such a complete joke! Two drunk imbeciles would put together a better spread. No cereal, no fruit, all the cups were individually wrapped for some reason. Read slices were wrapped in pairs??? It would kill your appetite (and maybe that’s the idea). Only thing this place excelled at was charging big for a terrible overall experience. Will never return.

Needs some upkeep.

As returning guests we were very disappointed with the condition of the landscaping and pool area. Pool is in bad shape, tiles missing, cracks and just doesn't feel very clean. Concrete deck in terrible shape. Hot tub still not working since our last stay over a year ago. Bar is closed at the pool and no longer provides pool towels. Staff is nice and bed is comfortable. Hopefully the new property management will bring Banana Bay back to the gorgeous property it once was.

This is a great weekend getaway if you live in S Florida. We went to paddleboard right off the dock area. It is a beautiful waterfront area to explore. Sunsets are amazing there.

Room was completely renovated and nice. In wall air conditioner was very loud but helped drown out the loud traffic on the highway right outside or room. The breakfast was not so great but better than nothing. Coffee was good. Staff was very friendly. The grounds haven't been kept up very well. The hot tub was not useable. There isn't food at the bar and the bar isn't much! It was OK overall.

Not too bad of a hotel. hot tub was broken and pool needs to be renovated. hotel rooms wernt too bad. cover for the shower handle fell off but it seemed like a new shower with a rain fall shower head so that was nice. staff wasn’t nice but wasn’t mean. just there. the beach area was probably the best part. enjoying the area with my girlfriend watching the sunset with the bar available to buy drinks, except the last night where they closed 2 hours early. beach full of people watching the sunset, and staff closes early.
