Good location very near the tube station there was only one towel in the room when we arrived, we asked for one more, but none was given in the 3 nights we were there. The rooms ARE small, but they are comfy, VERY well equipped, clean, and the location can't be beat! The bed is especially comfortable and the shower is amazing. We do wish we were able to adjust the air con on our own, but we were there during a heat wave. We would definitely stay there again.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this location and won’t be coming back - the staff are unprofessional, snooty and just lack any level of understanding that they are in the service business. The rooms are extremely dark, I guess it’s not cool to have a well lit room so you can apply makeup comfortably.
