This is a solid, comfortable hotel at a great price. You get what you pay for–it's not the fanciest and some things are a little worn–but it's honestly pretty well kept and the family and staff are very kind. Would stay again!

No arcade as advertised. No pool. Did have a work out room. Breakfast was provided in lobby. Staff was just okay. We got there around 5 pm and housekeeper was still cleaning the room, we waited in the hallway for 5-10 minutes and then they gave us another room. Room was clean. Beds were REALLY SOFT not firm at all. I know this seems trivial but the decor was really bad. Like someone went to the dollar store and sprinkled it throughout the hotel. Nothing matched and it just looked cheap. Art work was hung WAY too high. I’m sure they are trying, but whoever was put in charge of decor, needs help. Average hotel.

Checked in about midnight… I was put in a noisy room near the kitchen on the first floor. The kitchen staff has been clanging dishes. It’s now 2:30 in the morning and music is blaring from somewhere. It’s too late and I’m too tired to deal with trying to move to a different room. The Wi-Fi does not work at all. This place is a nightmare. I don’t know how It has such a good. Pretty much a dump.

The hotel overall was in a decent location and in good condition given its clear age. My main complaint had to do with the service and misinformation. Don't bother paying more for queen beds because this hotel does not have any. We had multiple rooms with different bed sizes and the doubles and the queens were the same size. The front desk even had the audacity to initially put us in two double rooms, knowing that they don't have queens, and did not move us until we asked. Even then, we did not receive a room with queen beds. They then feigned ignorance and said that they would refund the difference if Hotels.com called and asked. They told Hotels.com that they will not give the difference, further convoluting the conversation. Stay here if you wish, but don't get scammed.

5th time we stay here, usually much better than this time. Outside area trash was out of control, wasn’t the type of room we reserved, a few other check in glitzes. We give it another try, 4 out of 5 good experiences isn’t to bad just disappointing.

Nice location-very near everything but had some trees around so you didn’t notice being right in the city. Walls are SO thin-we heard the dog in the room right beside us howl for hours. We didn’t get our room cleaned or new towels-when I asked they said they only offer this if it is requested! They need to notify guests at check in. I will say, once I asked they sent someone to our room quickly. Free breakfast was very only OK. Limited choices-mostly carb heavy items. For a newer hotel it already needs better up-keep. Would I stay again? Not likely-No pool, no outdoor spaces. It’s basic and less expensive than other hotels near by. I would describe it as adequate
