Never will come back. Disappointeing, dirty and dated hotel (i am not sure if i can evevn call this a hotel to be honest). Reception/staff poor attitude, lazy, lack of passion, and do not really care about the feeling/comfort/pleasance and the need of their guest (whenever you request something they would deny you and say "it is the company policy", unless you reason with them but my request are basics that any hotel would provide). My room is dirty, filthy, damaged (mould and dust everywhere, scaled shower head, scaled boiler, holes in the wall, and damged bit everywhere). No wonder they have a very poor scored reviews. I have been to many hotels in the UK and none operate as terrible as this. During the last night, they did not even make my bed which does not give me a good impression. Definitely a nightmare, ruin my stay in london. My family and i all agree that the hotel is so terrible that we wouldn't come back, nor recommend to anyone. There is plenty of hotel that are much better in Victoria or other places in London with similar or better price, but more importantly better quality.

Excelente quarto, porém muito frio
Excelente localização! O quarto era bom, porém era muito frio. Havia um mini aquecedor que não dava conta de esquentar o quarto. A instalação do banheiro também era excelente, porém muito mas muito frio o banheiro, quase não dava para tomar banho, devido ao choque térmico na saída do chuveiro.

God central location. God og venlig service i receptionen. Varmen på værelset åbner først om aften og bliver lukket om fm. Tynde vægge- man kan godt høre når nogen taler i telefon i rummet ved siden af. Under renovering - gips plader i mit værelse som sikkert skal males.

hi the room was light and clean , beds comfortable and the shower hot /powerful and clean,but the tv didn,t have a plug , so when i asked, i was told the hotel is being refurbed so no rooms have tv at that moment , so was given a wifi code which worked perfectly., yes clean quiet, comfortable, the television would have been perfect and your pictires need updating on the website as , so different, white clean walls , grey wooden floor affect , beds blue and white , so clean , just needs the television on the wall to have a plug and to work

A fuir, à fuir et encore à fuir
L’hôtel est très bien placé, c’est la seule chose positive à mentionner. Sinon il est très vieillot, avec de la moquette poussiéreuse partout, l’isolation est inexistante, on entend tous les bruits de la rue et des chambres voisines. Le personnel est fort déplaisant, ils ne daignent même pas raccrocher leur conversation téléphonique pour accueillir les clients, s’étonnent lorsqu’on ose leur demander le nombre suffisant de serviettes pour les occupants de la chambre. Le ménage ou tout du moins les lits ne sont pas faits si on ne le demande pas. La propreté des chambres laisse complètement à désirer (cheveux des clients précédents sur le matelas, saletés par terre, moisissures un peu partout, etc), les chambres ne sont pas bien équipées sans aucune étagère ou placard, ni même une chaise pour poser ses affaires et vu la propreté du sol, il est hors de question de poser sa valise par terre. La salle de bain est minuscule et il n’y a pas de papier toilette, encore une fois, il faut aller réclamer, bref, cet hôtel est à fuir

Flott beliggenhet, gode senger og alt man kan forvente av et to stjernes hotell. De redde senger hver dag og fylte på med dopapir og annet. Rommet er gammelt og slitent, men som tostjerners hotell erdette veldig bra.
