Le site est magnifique et les jardins très bien soignes . Belle piscine ave vue superbe sur l ocean .. Logement correct et bons lits . Nous etions au rez de chaussee et dispositions d un espace exterieur separe des autres logements par deux haies . Nous n y sommes restes que 2 nuits mais garderons un tres bonsouvenir de ce sejour .,

un beau séjour

Excellent séjour dans une très belle résidence... entourée de verdure et de fleurs... la piscine est grande avec des transats en nombre... il est indispensable d'avoir une voiture pour visiter et se rendre dans les villes voisines ou même à la mer... en période estivale, les bébés qui pleurent, les enfants qui braillent et les parents debordés dès 8h du matin peuvent être un frein à ceux qui aspirent au calme et au repos... enfin, par fortes chaleurs, l'absence de climatisation peut être difficile à vivre...

Bon séjour, domaine magnifique, très bien entretenu et tranquille . L’appartement mérite un bon rafraîchissement. Wifi non sécurisée et peu de réseau. Literie trop ancienne. Cuisine bien équipée et propre. La piscine est grande et propre avec suffisamment de transat ce qui est agréable. Service de livraison de pain le matin appréciable. Voiture indispensable

Très belle résidence (logements, jardin et piscine). Le personnel est très sympathique. La plage n'est pas très loin mais il faut une voiture. Dommage que les chiens soient acceptés car il est toujours pénible d'entendre des aboiements.

Sejour tres agreable pour découvrir le pays Basque. Logement tres convenable wc et salle de bain un peu étroit pour des personnes un peu enrobées quand on veug fermer la porte de la salle de bain il faut se coller au lavabo. Personnel accueillant et tres aimable. Vue agreable sur le parc et la mer.

Excellent, but be aware of the apartment types

A beautiful complex, in a truly stunning area of the Basque Country. The staff are great. Maria Vitorica spoke excellent English and was very helpful. Grounds are pristine - wonderful views of the ocean and hills; beautiful gardens; great exercise/obstacle course; tennis court and the pool is even better than the photos! The complex even has a security guard. The apartment unfortunately tarnished our experience. We were unlucky to get a mid-ground floor apartment which slept a max of 5. We were a family of 4, so we’re expecting a bit more space. These apartments are small: long and thin. Master bedroom had a double bed squeezed into one corner, which means climbing over each other to get in and out. Disappointing lack of sunlight from front and rear. There is an oversized terrace which is directly underneath the neighbours’ balcony. It feels like a tunnel. Ground floor also means security worries leaving windows open during hot nights. This place isn’t cheap, so we felt somewhat overcharged. On positive note, it’s clean, lots of clever storage areas, well equipped kitchen and decent shower. Towels changed once a week, so wise to bring your own. If your apartment is important to you, then make sure you are guaranteed either a corner apartment or a first floor apartment. The booking tendency is Saturday to Saturday, and these bookings take priority. Overall, my family loved it and we had a fabulous holiday. We would stay again, only if we were guaranteed a better apartment.

Bonito y tranquilo lugar de hospedaje.

Un entorno maravilloso. Hemos estado en familia y el sitio es muy tranquilo y bien comunicado, eso sí en coche, pero a tan sólo 10 min de San Juan de Luz, a 20 de Hondarribia, a 30 min de Biarritz y de San Sebastian. Puedes visitar la zona perfectamente. Inmejorable para ir con perro. Tiene todo lo necesario para estar a gusto.

Naturaleza en estado puro

El entorno es simplemente maravilloso. Los apartamentos son correctos, y cuentan con lo básico para una corta estancia. Anne , de recepción; súper amable. El baño, repartido en dos estancias no me ha gustado nada. En una estancia súper pequeña hay solo un indoro SIN lavabo, cosa que me ha parecido súper anti higiénica; y en la otra, la ducha y el lavabo.Ambas estancias con dimensiones muy pequeñas, al igual que la habitación de matrimonio. Las toallas son diminutas, y son súper escasos los amenities que dan al entrar. 1 mini gel de ducha y 1 rollo de papel higiénico para 4 personas /4 noches.Camas muy cómodas, sábanas impecables, cocina con enseres muy cuidados. Buenas cortinas opacas que permiten descansar a gusto. Buen sitio para aparcar, y una piscina maravillosa, que no hemos podido disfrutar, ya que no era la época idónea.Eso si, uno de los días ,el jardinero nos ha impedido dormir a gusto ya que ha empezado sobre las 9de la mañana a hacer un ruido infernal con una máquina. Por lo demás, fuera de esos pequeños detalles “que afean” la estancia, un sitio asequible en un entorno idílico. .

Séjour satisfaisant seul bémol logement un peu petit surtout au niveau de la chambre lit contre le mur pas facile d accès obligé d enlever le chevet pour avoir passage de part et d autre du lit... Logement sombre par apport aux arbres placés devant l appartement La VMC qui fait du bruit gênant la nuit!!! Le + est la terrasse spacieuse on en a profité le temps le permettait par ailleurs calme et tranquillité le domaine bien situé pour les visites St Jean de Luz et Hendaye -Espagne à proximité

Très belle résidence avec un parc magnifiquement fleuri. Bon accueil à la réception. Cependant le mobilier est un peu daté et mériterait d être rénové. Dans l appartement que nous avons occupé il n y avait aucune vue (jaxu 24) puisque au rez-de-chaussée mais la salle de bain a été rénovée. Bon séjour quand même
