I arrived later than expected (4 AM instead of 1-2 AM) and was told my reservation had automatically been cancelled as of midnight. Bummer!

Worse than a house of horrors.

The staff member was very rude. When we explained that we meant to reserve a non-smoking room, we were told no changes even though there were available rooms. Then the key would not work and the staff member acted like we were a bother to him. The room looked like it had not been cleaned in a very long time. There were cigarette burns on the chair, floor, bed linnen, ans pillows. There were roaches crawing around the room. Even though the roon was advertised as having a mini fridge abs TV, there was not either of those. There were no towels or wash cloths. The room smelled so bad we couldn't even stay. We left shortly after we checked in and went and slept in the car in a rest area.

The only light that worled was inside the bathroom, no internet access, no ac, and the shower was filthy. Requested to change the room and denied. No refunds/credit.

Unfortunate

Apart from coffee, no breakfast was available during scheduled hours. Room was not clean, furniture was broken, 2 holes in our bathroom door ... but the bed was comfortable, and our floor was quiet. Not on our list for a repeat visit.

Most disgusting, deplorable experience ever.

Breakfast was supposed to be included starting at 6:00am. By 7:30am, nothing had been prepared. Allentown Health Department had orange sign o front door stating that hotel was “Operating without a food service license because of non-compliance with food service sanitation.” Pillows were filthy. Bed spreads had cigarette holes in them. Carpet was never vacuumed and had cigarette butts and plastic bottles on the floor. Trash can had not been emptied. When I complained and asked for room change, desk clerk said the would send room service. They never came. When I tried to cancel the next night’s stay, the manager refused stating i that they hold to their “strict cancellation policy” A cursory view of other reviews show a LONG list of dissatisfied and unhappy reviews.

HORRIBLE CONDITIONS

DO NOT STAY HERE!! This is the nastiest hotel/motel I have ever seen in my life. The conditions are deplorable. There are BED BUGS and gnats in the rooms. The rooms are extremely filthy, the blankets and sheets look as if they’ve never been washed. I stayed for about an hour and couldn’t take it any longer. I’m not sure how this place is still in business. On top of the filth and bugs there are shady people all over the place. Don’t even waste your time or money at this place.

They Are CHEATERS, WORST property & management and super RUDE staff. They charged us even after checking out immediately after finding issues of hairs on pillow, no pillow cover, cigarette bud mark on bedsheet, COCKROACH on floor, smell was unbearable, phone receiver was so dirty to touch. They are CHEATERS, did not check me out and kept my reservation active even after I checkout immediately, which we found out after getting checkout email from expedia on schedule checkout day. Upon calling, hotel staff asked to wait for 24-48 hrs and call back, before that she HUNG UP thrice and kept me on Hold. On followup, manager asked to call expedia and not them and hung up. They are FOOLING people and EXPEDIA SYSTEM to make money.

Assunto: Reclamação formal sobre hospedagem – Experiência negativa Prezados, Venho por meio deste registrar minha insatisfação com a hospedagem que tive em seu estabelecimento, a qual foi extremamente negativa sob diversos aspectos. Durante os 10 dias em que estive hospedado: O quarto estava sujo, com o carpete encardido e o ar-condicionado sem funcionamento e também sujo. Os corredores apresentavam mau cheiro constante. Não houve troca de roupa de cama nem de toalhas em nenhum momento, e o hotel não ofereceu qualquer serviço de quarto. Fui cobrado duas vezes pelo mesmo valor da diária no meu cartão, o que só consegui resolver diretamente com meu banco. Além disso, o ambiente era extremamente barulhento, com carros buzinando no pátio até de madrugada, prejudicando completamente o descanso. Tenho fotos que comprovam todas essas condições lamentáveis e estou à disposição para enviá-las, caso necessário. Diante do ocorrido, solicito providências por parte da administração, seja por meio de um pedido formal de desculpas, estorno parcial da hospedagem ou outra forma de compensação justa. Please don't go!!!!

The hotel was utterly filthy with no breakfast as advertised. They had some muffins and coffee, but that was one of the reasons I went and paid more for this space. The smell was a stench that carries through out. The cost of the room is insane for the quality. In a 3rd world country this may be satisfactory. I was here for two nights. No Blankets with holes on the cover sheets. You must not go. It is horrendous, and the smell is haunting through out.
