If I could give this place negative stars I would.....I arrived at 3:30pm and was given a room, when I went to the room, it was completely unmade...no sheets on the beds, no towels, NOTHING. Back down stairs to get a different room, and then up to the second room, which was fine. I needed to call the front desk (about 4pm) and picked up the phone, which was completely disconnected from the wall and there was no phone cord insight. So back down to the front desk with the phone. The FD staff called Housekeeping and I was told that a phone would be brought up. 1 hour later when I had to leave for an appointment, no phone had arrived. When I returned at 10pm still no phone.
The smoke detector in the room was not attached...there were just wires in a hole in the wall. The elevator had trash on the floor and the operations panel was in disrepair.
I had to ask for milk at breakfast, and when the staff came out to restock, she was on her phone have a very loud conversation.
When I checked out I asked to speak with the manager and was told that she would be in at 10...I said "no problem, I'll call her at 10:15", when I did , I was told she would be in at 11.. So at 11:15 I called back and was immediately put on hold for 17 minutes...when finally the front desk person answered and told me she was busy dealing with an issue and would call me back.
I am currently waiting for a call back. The customer service at this place is awful.
