Won’t stay again…get what you pay for
There was nobody at the front desk when I arrived, no bell to ring or way to obtain attention. I waited for almost 10-minutes to not have the women address her lack of response only to ask me “what can I do for you” without providing any eye contact. The room was very clean, however it’s 2025 and the room didn’t seem upgraded at all, very basic. The TV was small, no ice machine in the building, the breakfast was a nutrigrain bar or pre-packaged muffin.

Disgusting hotel
The hotel was not clean the bed had hair in it. The floor had something sticky on it. The sink was dirty and the shower pressure was terrible and all the only thing that was good about the trip was the service. The front desk service was very accommodating.

Not for everyone
The hotel staff (the 2 front desk ladies I dealt with) were very nice. The building/room overall were clean. However,my bathroom had brown spots splattered all over the sink/countertop (as if someone had colored their hair?) It looked awful, but did not come off with regular wiping. It definitely did not make a good impression but I arrived in the evening & basically overlooked it as it was stained into the counter/sink. The sheets on the bed also had a few small stain marks! But I did not have the energy to complain and no one was .at the front desk when I left. For those two reasons I would not recommend this hotel. However, the price was right and I used it for one short night! The other parts of the room were clean.

Kinda nasty
This was a stay out of necessity due to the inclement weather. The overall atmosphere felt like a motel. Cheap furniture old kitchen right across from the bathroom to me that’s kinda of nasty. It’s was blind hair in the bed which I would’ve thought it was mine but I’m a black bald man with black hair so nope wasn’t mine. That was really nasty but the very hot shower made me feel better. And I didn’t have the energy to complain I just needed a nights sleep

There is an odor of marijuana throughout the hotel. Within ten minutes of checking into my room I asked for a new room, so strong was the odor. Lisa, the staff member at the front desk, handled this very professionally. I give her an A for how she handled this matter. However.... Why have a no-smoking policy if it is not enforced? Why threaten a customer with a fine of several hundred dollars for smoking a cigarette if many other visitors are smoking marijuana with abandon? That odor is in the halls, it is in the linens, it is in the rooms. It is inexcusable that the management either does not notice the pervasive odor or that the management is unable to address the situation.
