it was a nasty place to stay roaches in the bathroom was a waste of my money the beds were uncomfortable and the shower was broken and leaking well never stay there again

Good stay

The outside of the hotel was really run down, as well as the hall and stairway. The rooms we beautiful, updated and clean. The staff was very friendly.

I've never managed to stay at one of these chain hotels and they're not be something broken or missing from the room there was quite a few items in my room that were broken and missing once again this is a stay that I would not recommend as per the usual for the chain

Weekend Trip

The front desk service was amazing. The staff was super friendly and always on top of whatever question or need we had. We were looking for an affordable stay but still with comfort and this place did just that! Not too far from downtown Lynchburg just a 5min drive and a great Mexican place just down the street. We felt safe at the Red Roof and would deifnitley go back.

The bathroom vent was missing and the wires were just hanging. Stains on the sheets, TV was fuzzy liken i was back in the 80's. The door had pieces of wood missing like someone had kicked the door in, terrible odora throughtout the hallway and stains on the mattress

The staff was very pleasant and accomodating. Check in was very easy and the nightly rate was very affordable. The property needs a lot of repair and the building smelled of old cigarette smoke. The winows were filthy in the hallways and in the room. My bed was comfortable and clean. Overall, it served its purpose.

The place was dusty. The floors were not very clean. The corners of the floors especially in the bathroom had dirt caked in them. The walls had stains on them. The shower head was leaking where it attached to the pipe and the wall around it was stained and peeling. Even the walls in the entrance hallway were starting to peel. The only bright spot were the people at the front desk. They were very pleasant. I will never stay at another Red Roof if this is how these properties are cared for.

This place has 4 restaurants within walking distance. The staff was very helpful. I asked for a quiet room and that’s what they gave me. This place needs some renovations but it’s clean and cheap.

Not clean

The outside of the building is a wreck. The lobby is new and the front desk clerk was great. The biggest problem was the condition of the building, very run down, and the cleanliness. When I went in the bathroom, there was something nasty all over the wall where your knees would be when sitting on the toilet. I don’t believe for one minute a cleaner couldn’t see it. I used hot water and a washcloth and wiped down the walls. I could have forgiven everything except that nastiness.

Great one night stay with our pet

My family and I were traveling with our dog which was the main reason we chose the Red Roof Inn, but I would stay there again even if we didn’t have our dog with us. The two staff members at the front desk were extremely pleasant and so was the lady that helped me check out the next morning. I got a great nights sleep and we had no complaints. Thank you!
