Wonderful location
We stayed in this hotel for 4 days. It's located at the most crowded square of Praia do Carvoeiro, just by the beach, very convenient. The staff was nice and the room was okay. Car parking space was difficult to find, though. Free wifi was provided at hotel lobby. Overall, we'll say it's a pretty good choice in this area.

First off I will start with the hotel’s team. We stayed for 2 nights and then off to train to Porto. Our Uber scheduled to pick us up at 6:00 am cancelled as showing arriving. The overnight desk attendant was great trying to help us figure what to do. He called his manager who came and brought us to not one but 2 train stations as the first train was cancelled we made the connection at tunes in record time. He completely went above and beyond and we were truly grateful. The accommodations were great as well and convenient to restaurants shopping and the caves tour. Will definitely go back

We had a wonderful time here. It was very clean and the location basically right at the beach couldn’t be beat. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with lots of options and freshly squeezed orange juice!

The hotel is perfectly situated near the beach. The buffet breakfast was great. We had a pool access room that was super convenient. The room amenities could have been nicer and found a bug. But the beds while small were very comfortable. Worth the price!

Unfortunately there were many many ants in our room and we complained twice and nothing happened. We finally talked to Imran the manager vs. night staff who actually encouraged to contact and ask for discount as we paid $500/night which is not inexpensive and we dealt with ants the whole time. Not cool....

Love this town and hotel location
Catia at the front desk was amazing!!! After finally flying in and having an mis hap on the train that detoured us an extra 5 1/2 hours … finally getting to the hotel she saved us with parking. The hotel is in a perfect location close to shops and restaurants and steps from the beach. There is night live music but from our room 119 we didn’t hear anything. The utilities might be a little used but honestly for the price and location it is amazing. Id come back 10 times. So glad we stayed here instead of Lagos or Portimão which is way more of a city. Obrigata!!!!!!!!!!!!! P.s. the breakfast was amazing as well!

Região linda quase pé na areia e perto de muitos comércios e restaurantes. Hotel bonito e localização Excelente. Só não dá para entender porque os funcionários batem uma porta do corredor de uso da staff, começa as 5h da manhã e vai pelo dia todo a bateção da porta de ferro que eles não tem o cuidado de segurar ao passar, ou o capricho de colocar um amortecedor ou algo assim. Fiz o comentário ao gerente e 5 minutos depois o mesmo estava batendo a porta também!
