Club Wyndham-Kissimmee-Nice Complex
We stayed for two evenings and our rooms were spacious and clean. Our unit had everything we needed. We were greeted when we arrived a reception from a nice gentleman and we were quickly sent to a customer service rep to check us in. Our check in process was long plus we were then sent to another customer service rep to get our wrist bands as they were the keys to our room, pool access, etc. Immediately but nicely we were told we were booked the next morning for a reception (paraphrasing) and what time would we like to attend. I politely told the lady we were not interested in going to this meeting as it was for a Timeshare. There was no real pressure to attend but it was mentioned and if we attended we would receive a gift. That aspect of my check in was not appealing especially after driving 8 hours. Anyway, lovely place to stay!

Me parece terrible que hice una recervacion con mucho tiempo de anterioridad y resulta que cuando llegamos junto con mi familia esta sobrevendido y nos pasan a otro hotel que estaba bonito y de buen trato, no se vale la pésima atención del disque gerente una persona muyyyyy deplorable que lo único que lo salvó fue que el gerente del otro hotel salió lindo y limpio un poco la imagen del hotel de este porque si no hubiera sido algo terrible lego de que soy cliente diamante

Pushy sales people
I didn’t use amenities or services. But I did notice one of the 2 hot tubs was not working. I also did not appreciate the timeshare sales push. I was ushered over to another person without being told why and they kept trying to schedule me for a meeting(off property) and wanted a credit card for deposit. I HATE when I have to say no multiples times in multiple ways in order to be left alone.

What I didn’t like was having to turn in pool towels. Crazy that we can’t walk to our room, when the temps are cooler than normal. Very cold walk back wet. Also difficult to find pools needs more back access areas.

My daughter and I stayed for 3 nights in a 1 bedroom deluxe. Overall the stay was great! Nice full size kitchen, comfortable beds, very spacious & stackable washer and dryer which was quite handy. The bathroom setup worked well for 2 women trying to do hair and makeup…their is a stand up shower with toilet and mirror PLUS connected to the master bedroom is a jetted tub with an additional sink and large mirror. The weather was cool, so we didn’t get to use the pool, but there was a list daily activities near the elevator. Very quiet and beautiful view of the pool and the pond. The only issues we had were when we walked in there was an odor near the kitchen and bathroom area (possibly from cooking) along with the linens from the previous guest still being left in bags on the dining table when we walked in. After doing a walk thru I also noticed their wasn’t a shower curtain up (the previous one was in on of the bags leftover). As I went for my phone to check for a number to contact the front desk I received a welcome text and was going to respond with the issues. Before I finished typing their was a knock on the door from maintenance to pickup the bags and put up a shower curtain. I told him about the odor, he immediately called the manager and put her on speaker for me to tell her about the issue. Within 5 minutes someone was their and sprayed deodorizer in the areas, which took care of the issue for the remainder of our stay. Would definitely stay again!
