Bed linen and pillow cases seem not clean. We stayed consecutive 3 nights. The towels were not changed for 2 nights. On the 3rd day, we met the housekeeping staff and asked him to change towels. He answered that he only changed towels for rooms that had been checked out and informed us to go to the reception at the main building 200m away from the annex building where we lived. Apparently he was changing towels and nothing else
