Waves
The road to get to the hotel is a dirt road and would break your cars muffler if you are not careful. The pool was green and dirty, this included all the of 3 of the pools. They did not have a bartender at the pool and the location could not be any worse as it’s in the middle of a slum. It’s such a bad hotel we left after two nights , and our stay was for 4 nights. I had to go Cancun. The lady at the register was the most unhelpful person, we asked for her to provide Expedia phone number and she could not help with anything:

Terrible Service and Breakfast
Terrible breakfast. It says 'Continental Breakfast' but the service is poor. Limited options which is delivered at your room (fruit run out on the second day). The housekeeping service is poor and they did not change/renew used towels.

The restaurant was not open, the plunge pool was not cleaned and was low on water, there was hardly any water from the shower making it impossible to wash my hair. We stayed 3 nights and originally booked 7. Would not return.

Her ville jeg ikke bodd igjen. Dårlige veier, dårlig beliggenhet, dårlige fasiliteter. Frokosten ble spist på rommet i plastkopper og papptallerken, da ingenting var åpent av restaurant etc. Alt bar preg av dårlig vedlikehold. Mye støy og hunder rett utenfor. I tillegg var det ingen håndklær i fellesområder og kun et par solsenger hadde puter. Håndklærne fra flekkete og putene var klumpete. Dusjhodet var fullt i kalk og varmtvann gikk tomt raskt. Dolokket ville ikke holde seg åpent, mange små ting. Ellers virket rommet rent, selv om det også var dårlig vedlikeholdt. Jeg skulle ønske jeg hadde visst om dette på forhånd, siden bildene ser så fine ut. Føltes ikke trygt å gå langs veiene rundt hotellet da det var mye trafikk, mørkt og ikke skikkelige fortau. Totalt sett ikke en god opplevelse, det eneste positive jeg kan dra fram er utsikten fra bassenget på taket, fine planter, rent i fellesområdene.

El hotel es muy bonito. El personal es amable, las instalaciones limpias. La habitación super cómoda. Pero al menos los dias que estuve no habian bebidas en la alberca. El cenote no tenia acceso, no se si con las construcciones se daño la circulacion del agua porque se veia algo turbio. Con la experiencia vip de expedia nos incluyeron desayuno, con buen sabor y suficiente porcion. Si lo recomiendo. Me volveria a hospedar sin problema.

This hotel was nothing it looked liked on the pictures I booked Expedia should definitely do research before allowing people to book hotels. There were no amenities at this hotel bar restaurant all closed. Roads were very bad it’s in a very dirty neighborhood. As far as breakfast not worth it at all. I saw a roach in my room. Plunge pool, and all the other pools were very dirty looked like it had not been cleaned for days. During check in I was told the guy that takes the Expedia booking was unavailable and would need to wait till he came back or I had to keep calling on WhatsApp to see when he would be back. Worst hotel false advertising all around …

Friendly staff. No hand or face towels at all just two bath towels. Breakfast is brought to you and it’s okay. No pool bar no restaurant. Pools are not clean only the rooftop pool is clean due to no trees hanging over it. Close to authentic Tulum and strip.

Sehr schöne Anlage, tolle Zimmer. Leider hat das Frühstück (kein Buffet) immer sehr lange gedauert, daher am Ende nicht mehr genutzt. Liegt in einer etwas sehr armen Gegend, hatte aber nie Angst im Dunkeln das Hotel zu Fuß zu erreichen. Poolbar und Restaurant waren geschlossen
