This hotel was clean and comfortable. Nice area and close to restaurants.

$127 for stained bedding and ticks. 1st - The website said, roll away beds were available. I requested one when the room was reserved, but upon check-in I was told there were none. This meant my family was one bed short. 2nd - The elevator was very dirty, broken and covered in trash. 3rd - One pillow case had a blood stain on it. One sheet had a yellow stain in the middle of it and the front desk said, there was no other bedding available to replace them. 4th - There was a tick crawling on one of the beds 5th - The shower floor was pealing, had mold and the drain was clogged. A memorable experience and one of the worst nights at a motel for sure. I will only choose a Red Roof Inn again if it is either that or sleeping under a bridge in a snow storm.

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!! I had booked at this hotel a whole MONTH in advance for friday 05/09/2025 to sunday 05/11/2025, and when I got there at 11PM to check in, there were bums smoking cigarettes, a man who ran inside warning us his car got towed even though he lived at the hotel, rugs were dirty in the lobby and it straight up smelled like piss and mildew. So many red flags at this hotel I should've turned around but I was still hopeful and TIRED from being jetlagged from my flight. RIGHT WHEN I CHECKED IN, the lady at the front said she can't check me in even though I ALREADY PAID for the rooms a month in advance and reserved it, and something about the system saying it was already booked. The security gaurd went upstairs to check on the room and he thankfully said the hotel room was A MESS, and we could not check in because house cleaning had not got it prepared for us??? What is the point of paying for EARLY check in when THE ROOM ISNT EVEN READY FOR US?? So me and my family were in the lobby for about an hour while only the night shift lady and the security gaurd were trying to figure out what happend, and when I asked for a refund, the lady called her manager over the phone and manager said she can't just let her just give me another new room. She would have to cancel my check in and I'd have to go to whoever booked the hotel with to get it refunded, they basically said pound sand. Long story short they did not even have our room available gave fake refund invoice

When I arrived at the front desk he treated me with respect but when I went to the room the hallway smelled like urine. When I got to the room i always checked the beds and had a towel that housekeeping uses to clean the inside of the bed.

I ordered a room with a fridge, microwave and coffee pot for 4 nights and didn't have either if them. The floor had dirt all over in the bathroom. toilet wasn't cleaned and neither was the tub. I asked for a different room or I want a full refund and U was told no. Then when i went to use the washer it ate my money and when I asked to get my money back I was told no and that it wasnt her problem. She was really rude and disrespectful to me and my wife.
