This hotel gets 5 stars in my book. The staff was welcoming as soon as we arrived and continued to be help throughout our stay. The rooms were old world elegant and so clean. The location for this hotel was absolutely perfect. Perfect location. Dreamy town. The hotel staff was friendly… literally everyone. The hotel was spotless, the linens were soft, and breakfast was beautiful. The tables were set with linens and silverware and the servers brought freshly made coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice upon request. Guests help themselves to a full breakfast buffet with unique options, like rolled omelettes, stuffed tomatoes, vegetables, but there are also pastries and freshly made jams. I couldn’t have been happier with our experience.

This property is on top of the hill and has amazing views. The staff is welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was spectacular, so many choices and it was all delicious. The breakfast staff was helpful offering drinks and making sure we were taken care of. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is quite large. Would give this hotel 4 stars.

I can't recommend the Marsili highly enough. The property is perfectly situated just on the outskirts of Cortona center. A 5 minute walk and you are exploring a fascinating, casual, friendly, safe and fun neighborhood. Every member of the staff went out of their way to meet our needs. We loved the breakfast as it was different daily and so delicious. The rooms were large and comfortable. We sat up in bed in the morning to outstanding views of the valley. It was out of a painting.
