We booked before change in ownership. Great job adjusting. Room door was opened before attempting to use card key. Windows were not locked. Pool water was green not clear. Missing wash cloths. Breakfast was not was expected. Waffle maker not there.

When I checked in a cleaning lady was on the floor she found one that had been cleaned. I went into room and she brought me the key. I asked for a receipt when I checked out and when I stopped on my way home I looked at the receipt and it was not my name nor correct room number on it.

The place is was being renovated, couldn’t watch television because something was going on never was told what happened just that the television would not be available until a tech can fix whatever the situation was. The room had an old smell to it. Not a lot of parking space had trailers and old furniture.

Terrible stay! Should not have even been open.

When we first got there, we couldn't even find it. There was so much construction going on, we thought it was still being built. A nice lady from the Quality In next door told us what was going on and how to get in. That was through a side door that had been propped open because you could not use the front entrance at all. There were nails and pieces of shingles lying everywhere! The lady at Quality was nice enough to allow us to park in her parking lot so we could stay out of the nails. There were blood smears on the bottom sheet, under a pillow on one bed. There were no USB plugs in the room/ Construction went on from before 6:00 in the a.m. until after 9:00 p.m. at night. There was also construction going on inside. We had to pick our way past workers to go from the elevator to our room! Bathroom floor in 217 didn't look finished or clean. And to top it all off, there was NO TV, nothing! on the second night.

WORST NIGHT EVER!!

We are on an anniversary trip, we arrived at 9:30pm to be told that they didn’t have our king Bed room available- so we had 2 beds instead. They let us know that the construction on the roof would start at 6am… it was UNBEARABLE!! The noise and the people talking, the ladders moving up and down - kept us awake from before 5:50am. It it currently 6:30am. I’ve been to the front desk to ask for at least a partial refund. All they did was point at the sign that was on an 8x11 pieced of paper in 12 pt font that said- it will start on the roof at 6am.

My stay was good. The people were nice. The room was clean. The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel was when I got there. I had three rooms that were booked, but they only had one room available for me. I was overcharged for my stay and they only refunded me for one of the rooms and they refused to refund me for the other room and I had to fight for a refund And I still did not get my other refund and I am very disappointed at this hotel. I was not supposed to be charged until I arrived, but they charged my card before I got there and they charged my card twice so I am very unhappy with this hotel due to the over charge of my rooms and not having all of my rooms available. So due to this situation I will not be going back to this hotel again.

Property under major renovation. Didnt know this info until after arriving. It appears you could cancel w/o penalty up to 15 minutes after check if you weren't happy. Even so it was pretty disappointing.
